Maz was working at the hostel today so Rey decided she would go to her apartment on her own saying as the furniture was coming today. Rey grabbed her bag and went to leave passing Maz and saying bye to her on her way out. Rey made quick work of getting to her apartment. The elevator door opened, and Rey was met with a woman who she had seen before she remembers her from the city centre whilst she was doing her ballet.
Rey walked up to her apartment to unlock the door and the woman turned her head to look at her. She was closing and locking the door to the apartment next door to Rey's. That means her name must be Rose Tico.
"Oh, hi neighbour. I know you you're the dancer from the city Centre, right? I'm Rose."
"Yes, I'm Rey by the way. Nice to meet you Rose."
"So, what are you going to study? I'm going to study ballet and health & social care."
"I'm doing art and ballet I guess that means we will be in the same class."
"Yeah that will be fun we could be friends if you want."
"Yeah sure we will have to meet up some time and you can show me your ballet moves. Haha."
"Yeah that will be fun we could have a dance off. Haha."
"I have seen you in the centre a few times with some boys."
"Oh yeah they're my friends Finn and Poe."
"Just friends? Haha"
"Well Finns my boyfriend and Poe's my friend."
"How long you been going out."
"A few months now."
"You're lucky. Haha."
"Wanna meet up then maybe tonight?"
"I'm working tonight..."
"Where do you work?"
"Jabba's place, the club on the high street I do ballet there."
"Cool we could meet you there and watch you dance, and I could introduce you to my friends."
"Sounds good. I start work at 8 then finish at 11 so maybe we should meet at 7 so I can talk to you more."
"Yeah see you there."
"Bye!"

Rey had just made her first friend and she was ecstatic. Rose was a petite Asian woman with black shoulder lengthen hair. She was super nice, and Rey was happy that she had made a friend. Her first friend in years.
