Rey has escaped her miserable life in Jakku and Is now trying to live a better life and that starts with going to Naboo to attend stormtrooper university. She is a nobody just looking for someone to love her again. She wants her life back!

Chewbacca and BB8 settled nicely into the apartment with Rey. Rose, Finn and Poe came over immediately when they knew Rey was home so they could see their friends' new pets.
"Rey I can't believe it their so so cute!"
"Finn look awwww!"
Everyone loved Rey's new pets. They all stayed up very late chat and cuddling up to Chewbacca and BB8. Rey and her new friends told everything to each other. Rey told them about her life but didn't go into details of the life with Unkar just said it was abusive. Rose told Rey about her sister Paige Tico who sadly died in a car accident a year or so ago. Finn told Rey about his adopted father Lando and Poe talked about his resistance hero parents who had died so he had Lando as his adoptive dad too and was Finns adoptive brother.

They had all gone through something, but they were together which meant the most to them all.
The next day they all went to Ach-To nature reserve with Chewbacca and left BB8 to sleep in the house in the pet bed. Chewbacca was so happy and when he was let off the lead he ran and jumped like a wild creature. Rey, Rose, Finn and Poe ran around the vast fields trying to catch Chewbacca as a little game. They couldn't help but giggle when they were falling over and tripping all the time.
They got ice cream and ate it in the nature reserve overlooking the lake as they watched the ducks and swans. Today was super fun! Rey and Rose went to their apartments and Finn and Poe went to theirs too. Rey greeted BB8 when she got in and made the pets dinner before going to cook her own. She loved to cook from scratch. She made lasagna enough to freeze for another day. It was delicious if she said so herself.
She got to the club no problem and started her shift. During her shift she was dancing to lots of songs whilst lights flashed at her and people shouted at her in their drunk states. Something caught Rey's eye outside. It was the gang they must have been trying to find her and they had. They were staring at her whilst she danced and pointing to her through the glass. She just ignored them and danced until her shift finished. She wasn't going to let them ruin her perfect day!
Once her shift was finished, she saw they were still there. Rey went into the back and luckily found Jabba there.
"Jabba the gang I fought the other day are out-front waiting for me."
"Shit ok so where do you live?"
"The dorm at the university I start there in a few days."
"What do you want to do Rey?"
"I can take them but dunno if I can fight them all at once, but I will try if they start anything."
"Ok Rey if it looks like your struggling I will come and help ok?"
"Yes, thanks Jabba."
Rey grabbed her quarterstaff tightly ready for an attack. Her we go again!
