Chapter 8: Our Fight

Lucy P.O.V.

I finally wake up slowly. When my eyes fully open I see that I'm in a hospital bed. I look at myself and I have tubes almost all over my body. I then looked to my right and see Natsu with his head down. I smile at him. 'He really came for me.' I thought to myself and I touched Natsu's arm. He lifted his head up sluggishly. When he saw me his eyes widened and said "Lucy... ".

Natsu P.O.V.

I still can't believe that Lucy's up. And she's holding my arm. I took her hand and began to cry again. I got up and hugged her. I think she was surprised but then she hugged me back. "Lucy... I'm so glad your okay." I say to her in our hug. "Thank you Natsu, I'm glad I'm okay too."

"You don't know what I'd do without you Luce." I say to her when I pull away from the hug. She then brushed some of my hair off my face and smiled at me. I put my hand on her warm cheek and she leaned on it.

I don't really know why but when she did I started to lean my face closer towards hers. Our faces were now only inches apart. When she opened her eyes and sees my face so close to hers she pushes my face away.

She turned her face from my direction and had a frown on it. "What's wrong Luce?" I asked her. "Why were you about to do that?" She asked me bluntly. "I-I don't know really Luce. I'm not even sure why my face was so close to yours in the first place, heheh." I said to her and nervously scratched the back of my neck.

"If you did that I don't think your girlfriend would've liked that." She suddenly said to me. I stopped laughing and said "What girlfriend Luce. You know me very well that I wouldn't have a girlfriend unless I asked you- " "BUT YOU DIDN'T!! " she shouted to me.

"Luce what's wrong with you? I don't have a girlfriend and you know that!" I said to her frustrated. "Yes you do and I don't think she would like it if you came here, you know what I don't even like her myself so let me do her a favor and have you get out."

I looked shocked at her and began to get angry. "So who's my girlfriend Luce?" "What? You don't even know your own girl? Huu, shocker." She said sarcastically to me. "It's Lisanna you dumb idiot." She finally said. "Luce,you really think Lisanna's my girlfriend? " I asked her. "Well you sure do like to spend majority of your time with that, that, dumb bitch!" She yelled to me.

I looked at her hurt a little and anger really filled my system. I know that Luce is my best friend in the whole wide world but I will not let anyone and I mean anyone talk about any of my friends like that!!" She's not a bitch Lucy!! But I know who's becoming one!" I said back at her. She then looked at me in hate and sadness. "Sure she isn't. She's little miss perfect because she gets whatever she wants. Well I know her dark side. ""What's her dark side then?" I asked her still pissed off. She was about to say something but then looked down in sorrow.

"And you can't talk about people hanging around me alot. What about you and that creep Sting hunh? " I said back at her seeing sje was speechless. She then looked at me in anger "Sting is not a creep. He is gentle, nice, sweet, helpful, smart, and thoughtful. Unlike you you dense, stupid, rude, playful idiot!!" She yelled at me. "I'm the idiot, says the girl with the stalker." She then let her hair cover her face and pointed to the door. "Get out." She whispered and I couldn't hear her. "GET OUT!! GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT!!! " she screamed at me. I looked at her in hate and yelled back "FINE!!" and I slammed the door when I left. I heard her crying in there.

This is where our friendship had broken.
