Chapter 6: Triangle

*Briana*

     I woke up around 8:30 this morning. When I looked behind me, I noticed Ben was gone. I got up pretty slowly and made my way to the kitchen. I grabbed a banana and started eating while I checked the sisters chat for new messages. I stopped in front of the patio door to respond to Alexa's text, when something caught my attention.. I saw shadows moving around, so I walked closer to the glass. Ben and Luís were working out in the backyard. I just stood there and broke off another piece of my banana . When I looked up, Luís was taking his shirt off and pouring some water on his head to cool off. When he stood up, all I saw was the V-line on his waist, the subtle definition of his abs.. Even his biceps were getting bigger. Wow, Jenna was right.. Luís really is hot.

"Aye, what you doing"

I got scared and walked into Mike by mistake. He was ready for work, in his clean uniform. My chunk of banana sticking out of my mouth mid bite.

"Nothing..." I was still chewing and this is awkward, so walked toward the fridge.

"Yeah right.. you were watching them weren't you. " Mike looked at me with a huge smile on his face.

"Watching who?" The patio door burst open, Ben walked in and went toward the fridge, Luís following behind.

"No one. Why do you smell so bad?" I backed away, accidentally bumping into Luís.

"He always smells like that haha..Oh, careful B." He grabbed my hip to balance me bit then walked around me.

I was dwelling on the contact Luís just had with me. Him shirtless in some Nike leggings, with shorts, and sneakers. Then Ben in a soaked tank top, shorts and his Jordan's. Wow, both of them are hot.

"Got plans today B?" Ben walked up to me with a plate of waffles, handing it to me.

"Huh, oh thank you. Yeah, I'm meeting up with the Jen and Alexa." I sat down at the counter and started eating.

"How come the girls don't have to go to practice today? Did Coach or Jackson say?" Luís was confused.

"I don't know. But if I could guess, it's probably about that drama that Banks and Connors started yesterday." I finished my food and took care of my dishes.

"Huh, okay." Luís' mood changed and I was a bit uneasy. It was weird to me.

I went upstairs and grabbed my journal from my bag. I sat on the floor of the Twins' room and started writing. I usually write about everything. It just depends on what's going on. I was focused on getting all these thoughts out. I wanted to get through this before going out. I was almost done when I was interrupted.

*Ben*

I finished up breakfast and went upstairs to shower. I opened the door to my room and saw Bri on the floor. She was writing in her journal.. like always. I just smiled and kept walking in, trying not to scare her.

"Hey.. How was breakfast?" I walked in and sat down next to her.

"Yes, you make good breakfast." She wasn't paying any attention to me but she closed my journal, being careful to make sure it was hidden.

"Can I ask what you're writing in there?" I looked down and saw her blue hardcover notebook on the floor next to her.

"Nothing important, it's kind of private" she put her journal away.

"Right, sorry B." I looked down at the floor.

"Don't be, it's just that I'm not ready to talk about these feelings with anyone" she leaned her head on my shoulder.
