"Okay, Lu, Bri and Ben, Meet at the exit gate at 11:30. Keep your phones on!" Carlito announced as we approached the entry gate.
We made it to the entry gate and entered the ticket line. Ben and I were together, Mike, Cat, and Carlito met up with their friend; Marcellus, and Lu went off with Gina.
"I'm excited for the fireworks tonight! I hope they're better than last year." I was nervous but still trying to act normal.
"Me too, we got rained out at the end haha" Ben pulled me in for a hug and kept his hand around my waist as we continued to the ticket booth.
Him holding me put a smile of my face and butterflies in my stomach. When we made it inside, we went straight for the rides. I noticed Ben was starting to act weird as we entered the line for the roller coaster.
"Hey, you okay?" I was curious.
"Yeah, why?" Ben's voice was shaky.
"You sound nervous.. sure you're okay?" I responded in a sweet, more flirty tone.
"Yeah, I am. I just want you to have a good time" Ben responded looking at me with a smile.
"I'm having a great time babe." I returned the smile and gave him a hug.
We made it to the front of the line and got into our seats. We strapped in and pulled the safety bar over our laps. We looked over to see Luís and Gina getting on as well.
"Ohhhhh! Hey Twin!" Ben shouted as Lu and Gina walked up the stairs.
"Aye That's my twin!" Lu yelled and smiled before shaking Ben's hand and getting into the seats behind us.
All four of us started laughing and shouting as the ride started. We were high on good energy and excitement. When the ride ended, we decided to hang out for a bit while we planned our next move..
"Briana, Ben, I want you to meet my girlfriend Gina" Lu introduced us.
"Nice to meet you Gina, we've heard nothing but great things" Ben and I greeted her with a smile.
Gina was a tan, dark haired Italian girl with brown eyes, and a slim curvy figure. She was the same height as me and not gonna lie, she's really pretty.
"Are you two having fun so far?" Ben asked Gina.
"Yeah we are! It's my first festival here and Luís is showing me a great time" She responded with a smile.
"Are you new to Dover? Must be since this is your first festival?"I was being nice.
"Yeah actually, I moved here from New York in March. The transition was a little rocky, but I made a few friends and Luís has been great as well" Her smile grew as Lu moved in for a kiss.
"Hey I'm gonna go to the restroom, I'll be right back" I hugged Ben and turned toward Gina, waiving her to come with me.
"Me too, be right back babe" She followed immediately.
