Chapter 31

Asher POV

Violetta was arriving in a few hours and I was weirdly nervous. I don't know her but she's hot.

My thoughts were interrupted by a hard slap on the back of my head.

"Ow!" I yell looking up to see a grinning Zayd.

"Nervous little brother?"

"No."

"Well, she's here right now." He gestures and I quickly stand up to look out the window and see nothing.

"You should've seen your face!" Zayd says with a laugh as he leaves the room.

"Haha, hilarious." I dryly say to his retreating form.

I sit back down on the couch and turn on the tv, watching spongebob. I heard the front door open and I ignore it thinking it was just Zayd or Val.

"Spongebob? Really?" A pretty female voice asks. I turn to see Violetta in all her glory. She looks like she hadn't slept and there was a lot of blood on her. Dang she's a badass too?

"Spongebob really is underrated. Anyways, I'm Asher Ferrari." I say with my hand held out sending her a wink.

"Violetta. And was that an attempt to flirt?" She asks raising a brow.

"Guilty as charged." I say holding up my hands to which she chuckles.

"Aren't you the one who had wanted to meet me?"

"Yes."

"Why?" She asks as I start to get nervous.

"Because you're hot." I answer to which I immediately regret.

"Bye." She says with a laugh as she starts to leave.

I grab her wrist and turn her towards me as she holds an uninterested gaze.

"That came out wrong. I meant you're gorgeous but I wanted to meet you in person because I've never met a girl who I was attracted to with a great personality." I explain.

"Just so you know. I have a great personality now goodbye." She says as she pulls her wrist away from my grin. Great, you've already messed up Asher. But, I had to win her over.

It was nighttime anyway and I couldn't sleep. I nearly gagged from the noises coming from Zayd and Valencia's bedroom.

I walked down the stairs and into the backyard to see Violetta sitting by the edge of the pool swishing her legs around in the water.

"Hi." I say prepared for a harsh comment but surprised when she motions over to the spot by her.

"Sorry for being kinda rude earlier but you were too." She says with a sad smile.

"Why the sad smile?" I ask and she shrugs her shoulders nonchalantly.

"I don't know. I'm just gradually becoming tired of life and I need excitement in it."

"I can be your excitement." I offer and she chuckles.

"Did you really mean it?" She asks.

"Mean what?"

"That you're attracted to me?" She asks.

"Hell yeah, I meant it." I say nudging her shoulder.

"I am too." She says looking up at me while the pool lights reflect off her face making her look even more beautiful. Her face just inches from mine, I start to lean in slowly and softly plant my lips on hers.

Pulling away, she has a smile on her lips and smile back at her.

"How about we get to know each other?" I offer and she quickly nods.

  For the next few hours we ask each other questions and I learn so much about her. I learned about her imaginary friends as a child and her embarrassing moments, her ex boyfriends and secrets. The sun had started to come up as she started to drift off to sleep to which I carried her back to her room and laid her down. Exhaustion took over me as I drifted off to sleep beside her.

  I woke up late afternoon to see Violetta still asleep with her hair sprawled around her. I grab a towel and a change of clothes and step inside her bathroom. I start to take off my shirt but notice something on the bathroom counter. I look closely and almost scream. It's a positive pregnancy test. I run back into the room and shake Violetta awake.

"What!?" She shouts and I hold out the test.

"You're pregnant!" I shout.

"No! That's not mine! I wasn't even here!" She shouts back and I start to relax and sit beside her.

"Sorry. I thought you were already in a relationship." I explain.

"Its fine. It's just that it has to be either Victoria or Valencia."

"What about your mom?" I ask.

"No she can't reproduce anymore." She says looking away deep in thought.

"I'll tell everyone to meet me in the living room?" I offer and she nods her head.

Violetta POV

Every couple in the house was sitting on the couch in front of me, including my parents. I pick up the Ziploc bag in which the pregnancy test is contained in.

"I found this in my bathroom." I say.

"No, I found it. But carry on." Asher brags and I shoot him a glare.

"It's either Valencia's or Victoria's." I say and Valencia eyes widen and Victoria looks over at Valencia with wide eyes.

Zayd looks over at Valencia and she looks back at him. my parents look between Victoria and Valencia.

"It's mine." Valencia mumbles.

"Why did you take it in my bathroom." I say, my face evident with disgust.

"No one was using your bathroom and I needed privacy. I didn't know you were coming and I left it there because I wasn't ready to see the result." She says with her head lowered. Zayd takes her hand in his and pulls her in kissing the top of her forehead.

"It's nothing we aren't ready for. Mi amor." He mumbles and her frown quickly changes to a smile.

My parents are still shocked but quickly recover to embrace Valencia, while Victoria and Jaxxon hoot with excitement. Jisoo and Bennet come down and hear the commotion and join in on the excitement. I stare at Asher with a wide grin on my face.
