After a few hours, all three boys re left my house for the night, I stayed up because I couldn't sleep. I actually cleaned up my bedroom and put all Sweetpea's stuff in a box and tossed it in my closet. He left a few shirts, and some boxers so I just put it up. I decided to get dressed and make my way over to the bar before anyone ends up getting there that way, I can clean up also.
I quickly straightened my hair and put on some mascara before changing. I made my way out of the house, hearing another door slam that made me jump and look up, seeing it was Sweetpea storming out of the Jones' trailer, and FP came to the door and shouted for him to grow up. My eyes widened and FP noticed me, shaking his head. I quickly looked away and walked down the porch to my bike.
I wanted to get away as quickly as possible, so as soon as I started the bike, I took off towards The Den. There were only two bikes and a truck in the lot when I got there, so I made my entrance quietly. I heard laughter and turned to see Toni and Fangs were playing pool, and Hogeye behind the counter. I walked over and Hogeye gave me a smile as I put my jacket behind the counter. "Started to think you run off" I chuckled, "No, just spent some time with friends" "That's good then, you gonna clean?" "How the hell did you know that" I laughed while grabbing a few rags from the counter. He shrugged and I quickly went to the bathroom and got the small bucket, filling it with water and cleaner before I made my way back to the counter where I sat it.
I started on the counters first, the rock music played quieter than usual, but still audible. I sung along with The Rolling Stones as I danced around the tables. I could hear Hogeye snicker at me, making me smile a bit. "Just like your mom, kid" I laughed before I went back to singing, moving to another table. I heard someone break the pool balls, and I turned to see Sweetpea now hear, and it was him.
I felt my chest tighten as I quieted down but started to clean another table.
Sweet Child O' Mine by Guns N' Roses came on, making me smile as I danced over to turn it up a little before starting to sing along loudly. My dad used to sing it to me when I was younger all the time, and my mom did occasionally. I danced around a little again as I cleaned booths now, still singing the song. When the guitar solo had come on, I whistled along to the tune as I walked over and tossed the rag in the dirty pile.
The song died off and I leaned into the fridge to grab a bottle of water while Hogeye dumped the bucket into the sink for me. Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC started to play, as I smiled again. It felt like someone had put on my favorite playlist! I started to sink along as I walked around, picking up the trash. I bent down to grab one of the bottles as I sung, still extremely loud.
"Whose leg do I have to hump to get a cold beer?" I jumped at the loud voice and spun around. I dropped all the trash in my hand, including the bottle as it broke on the ground. "Master!" I shouted while running over and leaping into the mans arms, he laughed and held me up in the air for the hug as my eyes started to water. "See what you did? You just broke that fuckin bottle, great job Noble" I slapped the back of his head as he laughed and sat me down.
