I woke up to knocking on the front door, and I heard it open. "Jughead? What the hell are you doing at seven in the morning?" I heard my brother's-tired voice. I sat up, looking around to realize I fell asleep in the living room. "Blayze, it's ten" "Oh shit. Ade's asleep" "I'm up!" I shouted as I slid my upper body over the edge of the couch, peaking to see Jughead. "Do you want to go to Pops?" "I'm going back to bed" Blayze said, walking towards his room. I got up "Let me get changed and ready, you can come in" I offered, and he did just that.

I got up and made my way to the bathroom and brushed my teeth before doing any other stuff needed and making my way to my bedroom. When I finished getting dressed, I quickly brushed my hair and left it in my messy curls before exiting my room. I met Jughead in the living room, he looked at photo frames setting on the coffee table that had yet to be hung up. "You ready?" I asked with a grin. He looked at me startled, grasping his chest and causing me to let out a chuckle.

We made our way to the front door and I closed it behind me as I climbed on my bike, him climbing on his own. I tied my hair in a bun before driving to the road, Jughead right beside me. We made our way down the Southside of Riverdale before we made it past the snake painted on one of the many roads and crossed the tracks. The ride was nice, seeing the scenery of Riverdale. I followed behind Jughead, since he knew where we were, and I obviously didn't.

That is until I seen the large sign reading "Pop's Chock'Lit Shoppe. We pulled in and parked next to each other. I stared up at the neon sign for a moment before following Jughead into the diner. As we entered, there was a ding, telling people that someone had arrived. "Jug?" I looked at Jughead, following his eyes to see a girl standing up from a booth where a ginger boy with fair skin, and a raven-haired Latina girl sat. The girl walking to us was blonde, hair pulled back in a tight ponytail, and she wore a curious smile as her eyes flickered between me and him. I gave a smile, assuming this was Jug's girlfriend.

I placed a hand on his shoulder, extending my other to the girl "Adelina Wolf, pleased to meet you" she hesitantly took my hand, the smile dropping as she just looked confused rather "Betty Cooper" "Betty this is my friend Adelina from years ago, we were- god how old?" he chuckled. "Three" I said, rolling my eyes with a smile as I dropped my hands to my side. "And you're visiting?" "No, she just moved in to the trailer park, her families going to be helping get the serpents set back up with homes" I smiled, remembering as my mother and father talked about it on the ride up. Blayze rode his bike, but I was in the truck because I had just woken up from a nap.

"That's awesome Juggie. Come on, you guys sit with us" Betty said, pulling Jughead's arm to the booth to set down. The ginger boy stood up out of the booth, "I should be heading out, I told dad I'd be right back" he said, leaning down to kiss the raven-haired girl before he offered a smile and passed by me. The raven-haired girl smiled and scooted over, offering a seat that I graciously took, across from Jughead. "I'm Veronica Lodge, Betty's best friend." The girl offered her hand, and I shook it sternly with a smile, "Adelina, feel free to call me Eli" I said as she dropped her hand first.

"What happened to your lip there?" she asked, squinting at the red and slightly bruised up cut, I ran my lip over it before answering, "My brother hit me" "You guys were wrestling" I turned to Jughead "He still back handed slapped me with a ring" "Are you also a junior?" Betty asked, and I nodded "I am, my brother is a senior though" I say as a man walks over with a smile. "Jughead, well hello. I don't think I know you" he said, looking towards me as I smiled "Adelina Wolf" I said with a smile, shaking his hand. "Caden's daughter?" "That would be my mother" I say with another smile, crossing my arms over the table.

"Well, it's nice to see you after so many years dear. What can I get you?" "Could I just get a coffee" "Sure thing, Jug?" "Same here" I leaned back in the booth. "The fiery red head that left was my boyfriend Archie" I nodded "Well good to meet him" I said to Veronica as Pop walked over with the coffees. "Oh, my god! Where did you get your nails?" "my friend Franny's mom did them for me before I left" I chuckled as she grasped one of my hands, examining the marble on them as I took a drink of my coffee, Betty already moving some little creamers and sugars towards us.

Jughead and I sat there for a bit before Betty and Veronica said they needed to go work on some homework, so Jughead and I decided to head back to the trailer. I had learned a bit about Riverdale, along with a bit about the three of them as they learned a bit about me.

When we were pulling into the gravel of the trailer park, I noticed a very large 18-wheeler dropping off a trailer, a family stood by my father and FP, teared up. The woman was crying as her husband nodded his head at my father, they had a young girl beside them, and a boy not much older with her. My mother was telling the driver where to drop the trailer, and other serpents stood about as we parked by Jugs. "Your dad really is something, Adelina" I turned my head to Toni who looked like she was previously crying. I furrowed my brows curiously, "He's helping get everyone a new trailer since the Ghoulies burned them down" Fangs said with a smile. I nodded "Oh yeah, I knew that" I said while climbing off my bike.

"So that's all you know then?" "Is there something else" my heart stopped, like I ruined the surprise. I shook my head quickly "Just thought something else happened" I responded. "Eli" I turned to my brother as he stocked over, "Dad said we go to school tomorrow, but we also start back working" my mouth fell open, realizing what he meant "We have to do that tomorrow?" "start, yeah" I huffed and followed my brother over to my mom, who was helping another truck back in without hitting the other trailer. "we're starting it tomorrow?" I asked quietly.

"Your dad talked to Hiram and he just thinks he's going to try to rip him" mom said honestly, and I nodded. "Have a lawyer read the fine print?" "Do you know one?" I thought for a moment, "What about the one you talked about that the serpents help get her into college?" "Penny Peabody, definitely not" I rolled my eyes. "I can ask Jughead" "Blayze, go get Jughead. Adelina, go with your dad to talk with some of the families" I nodded as the truck started to drop the second trailer.

I walked over as my dad stood with a new family, talking and moving his hands. I put my hand on his back as he spoke, a grin on my face as I watched the women gasp for air before wrapping an arm around my father's neck, the other holding what almost seemed like a new born.

We went around to many families, by the end of the night it had me feeling great. My heart felt full and a smile never left my face.
