Theory 3:

In this theory, Baby has an angel possessing her. The angel makes baby act like a normal car, but Dean loves that car to bits. Dean has rebuilt that car from the ground up, he has made sure that she looked brand new.

When Dean was a kid, he would always play in Baby's backseat. He'd play with his Batman action figure, his army men.

One day Dean was playing with his toys, then he heard a soft, quiet female voice talking to him. Dean thought Mary was talking to him, but it wasn't Mary. It was Baby. Baby was speaking to Dean.

Dean: hello?

Baby: hello Dean.

Dean: who are you? How do you know my name?

Baby: I'm Baby, your car.

Dean: Baby? The car?

Baby: yes dean. It's me.

Dean: wow! That's cool!

Baby: Dean, you are such an adorable little boy. But something is going to happen to your mommy.

Dean: what?

Baby: On November 3, 1983. She'll go to Sammy's room, there will be a mysterious figure. That figure is a monster and he will kill your mommy.

Dean: I HAVE TO PROTECT MOMMY

Baby: No Dean. You will keep that between us understand?

Baby's voice went from sweet, cold within seconds. Dean was now scared and he kept the secret.

The night Mary died, Dean held his baby brother, his father crying over the loss of his wife. Dean stared at baby, he felt darkness grow inside his heart, the guilt and the lie. Dean felt responsible for this, he wanted to ask why he couldn't help. He had to talk to baby again.

Dean: baby.

Baby: yes?

Dean: why'd you make me keep that secret? It's not fair!

Baby: Dean...

Dean: No baby, you made me lie to my own family!

Baby: dean i had  to.

Dean: YOU MADE ME LIE TO MY OWN FAMILY!

Baby: Dean.... I'm sorry.

Dean: No, you're not.

Baby: Dean you have to understand, you and Sam have an important role.

Dean: What?

Baby: You and Sam, help save the world many times, you help protect people from monsters.

Dean: What monsters?

Baby: Vampires, werewolves, ghosts.

Dean: No...

Baby: i'm sorry Deanie.

Dean: No you're not. You made me do this.

After, Dean and Sam started hunting, Dean drove baby around, he was so angry, hurt and betrayed. After Sam had died, Dean had put Baby into storage, he had put an old blanket over her, then he heard her speak.

Baby: Dean, what are you doing?

Dean: I don't need you anymore Baby. Sammy is gone.

Baby: But Dean...

Dean: I'm sorry Baby, but you'll be in storage till you're all rusted and no one to be able to fix you.

Baby: Dean....

Then there was silence, then BOOM... a gunshot. Dean had shot himself in the head. Dean had sat in front of Baby, then fired his gun.

Baby: Dean? Dean? DEAN!

After that, the angel was possessing Baby left and Baby was now her normal car self, with her boy, sitting in front of her... dead.
