Theory 20:

Chuck was now back, he was creating more chaos for Dean and Sam. Chuck used many dirty tricks, but there was one he was waiting to use. He was going to bring back all the people the boys met along their hunts, cases and others who found out the secret of the Supernatural. The people who Sam and Dean met along the way were killed by monsters. Chuck was also going to bring back other hunters who unfortunately lost their lives on hunts but knew the Winchesters.

As Dean and Sam were in the bunker, enjoying a couple beers, having some pizza they heard a knock on the door, they both grabbed their weapons. The only people allowed in the Bunker was Castiel, Donatello, Jack, Ketch (if he was ever in Lebanon, Kansas for some odd reason), and others that the brothers knew, not strangers. The Men of Letters Bunker was not for outsiders who didn't know anything about the supernatural creatures that lurk in the shadows, waiting to strike.

Dean and Sam go and open the door, with their guns aimed at Bobby, John, Jess, Mary, Henderson, the hunters that came from the other world and were killed by Michael when he possessed them and killed them. Sam and Dean fought hard, it was the people they knew, they even saw Charlie, Kevin, Kelly, everybody who they met along the way and people who they grew up with or met because of their father.

It wasn't a pleasant visit. They were angry, filled with rage but that was Chuck's doing since he was screwing around with these souls that were supposed to be in Heaven.

Bobby and John punched the boys as they were angry and being controlled as puppets. Sam didn't want to fight Jess, she fought him, saying it was his fault she was killed. Dean and Sam fought back, they were fighting their friends, family, loved ones. Then there was a light, the souls vanished, they had gone back to Heaven. But how?

After that terrible encounter, Dean and Sam were tired, they were so exhausted to the point of collapsing onto the floor.

Dean: Sammy?

Sam: Yeah?

Dean: I'm tired.

Sam: Me too.

Dean: No, I'm mentally tired Sammy. I don't know if I can keep going.

Sam: Dean what do you mean?

Before Sam could finish his question, a gunshot went off. Dean had shot himself, he couldn't take the humiliation Chuck was doing to them, sending their loved ones to attack them, Chuck didn't realize he went so far, then he heard someone clear their throat, he turned around and saw Dean.

Dean: Are you happy?

Before Chuck could answer, Dean's eyes glowed green, the colour of his eyes. He then attacked Chuck, Dean had so much anger that he destroyed Chuck and Chuck turned into a glowing cloud like when he and Amara left together to work things out as most siblings do.

Dean then realized, there was no more God.

Dean looked at the sky, then said " I killed Death, I killed Hitler and now I killed God."

Sam then fired his gun, he was now with his brother. They didn't realize soon the world was going to go through the tubes, no god, no devil, no nothing.

Sam and Dean took on the responsibility of becoming God, except Sam became God and Dean became the devil.

Sam was on the stairway to Heaven even though he had demon blood in his system from when he was a baby.

Dean on the other hand, was on the highway to hell, He fixed Hell up, he took his beloved car to Hell and now, it was his and Sam's turn now.
