Theory 9:

Dean and Sam were sent to junive when they were ages 12 and 8 why? They murdered their own grandparents in cold blood. Dean and Sam claimed that Samuel and Deanna abused them, Dean got Samuel's pistol, he had shot Deanna in the head because she was about to slap Sam, then Sam ran to Dean. Dean handed Sam the pistol and shot Samuel in the chest. The neighbours heard the gunshots and called the police, Dean and Sam stood over Deanna and Samuel's dead bodies, Mary and John came as well and they were shocked to see their boys covered in blood.

The police asked Dean and Sam what had happened, Dean had said that Samuel and Deanna were abusing him and Sam. Dean had to protect Sam from Deanna because she was about to slap Sam hard and Samuel was abusing Dean by hitting him with a belt, then waving his gun in Dean's face.

Mary and John looked shocked because they didn't know that this was going on, they were now terrified of their own children, they decided to send the boys away, Dean since he was 12 he was sent to another home for troubled kids from age 12-16. Sam went to therapy for what happened, but Sam kept saying that it felt good. He said that him and Dean were free from their monsters, the therapist asked Sam what he meant by the monsters, then Sam looks at therapist and he said the most chilling thing to the therapist. Sam had said these words "Mommy and Daddy were the monsters.

They told Grandma and Grandpa to hurt Dean and I. Dean and I saved people from them."

 The therapist then brings up a police file, there was John and Mary's photos, the charges: Child Endangerment, Neglect, Child Abuse."

John and Mary had another baby before Dean, the baby died of starvation.

After Dean and Sam were born, Dean and Sam were neglected horribly, they were abused severely to the point that Deanna and Samuel took the boys in, but the boys were so traumatized that they believed that they were still with John and Mary and ended up killing their grandparents who took them in.

Dean then ran away to go be with his brother but what they didn't know was their grandparents died before John and Mary had their first baby. John and Mary hired an old couple to pose as Deanna and Samuel, what they didn't know was that their sons were capable of murder.
