Theory 12:

Sam had killed Dean. Dean had become a demon and Sam had shot Dean with the Colt. Sam runs to the possessed demon that got into the Bunker, but when he got to the body it wasn't some runaway. Sam lowered the gun and there he saw a bullet wound in the middle of his brother. Sam then runs to his brother's lifeless body, and calls for Cas to come help. Cas unfortunately did not come to Sam's cry for help as he was busy with trying to find Metatron.

Sam held Dean's head as he cries over his brother's dead body, screaming and yelling his screams echoing throughout the entire Bunker.

Sam then sees something glowing on Dean's arm and it was the mark of cain. Since Chuck came back he was creating havoc for the boys. Chuck had given Dean the mark, making him a demon, more powerful and more fast but not fast for the colt or a bullet from the colt.

A few days after what happened at the bunker, Sam had Cas, Mary, other world Bobby and other world Charlie help for funeral. Mary could see the hurt, the pain, the loneliness in Sam's eyes. She then remembers when Dean went into her mind after the BMOL brainwashed her and remembers Dean saying to mary that he hated her and what happened to them after she was killed.

She could hear the hurt in Dean's voice, the betrayal, everything. Mary then wipes her eyes, she got to see her dead husband after Dean got a pearl that granted wishes for people and he wanted his family. Mary was crying when she was watching her husband disappear and descend into heaven.

As sam was about to speak, there was clapping in the background, everyone turned and sees Chuck. Chuck started laughing because he snapped his fingers, there Dean breaks free from his hunter wrap because he was about to be burned as it's normal for hunters.

Chuck was enjoying his show of Cain versus Abel, Michael vs Lucifer, Chevrolet vs Ford. Dean and Sam were fighting, Chuck had made sure that everyone else was frozen almost like slow motion.

Dean: You know I hated you as a kid. I never was a kid.

Sam: Dean stop. You have to fight this.

Dean: Why Sammy? I like the disease.

Sam and Dean kept fighting, the mark was glowing red, it was glowing because of all the anger Dean had built up over the years.

Dean: I shouldn't have gone to Stanford to get you! I should've just looked for dad by myself!

Sam: Dean this isn't you!

Dean: I WISH YOU WERE THE ONE WHO DIED IN THAT FIRE OR GOT KIDNAPPED BY YELLOW EYES!

Dean kept punching, kicking at Sam, then he finally beat his brother, Sam was breathing heavily as his nose was bleeding, his lip as well. Dean had some wounds but they healed quickly.

Sam: Dean don't.

Dean: Your brother is dead Sam. He died a long time ago.

Chuck then made everyone else not be frozen just in time for the finale. Dean lifted up the first blade, his eyes turned black then he did the unthinkable...Dean stabbed Sam over and over just like what Cain did to Abel.

Dean stands over his little brother's body, everyone running to Sam's body, Chuck then flashes out with Dean, but Dean could hear his inner voice screaming "YOU SON OF A BITCH! SAMMY! SAMMY!"
