Dean had kept sneaking off to Toledo Ohio. Sam was wondering why Dean would say he's going to Toledo. Sam would look to see if there were hunts there, but there was no supernatural activity there. Sam and Cas decided to follow Dean to Toledo.
Sam and Cas followed Dean but they made sure that he couldn't see them, but they followed him all the way to a house. Sam and Cas watch Dean, there they saw him sitting in the living room, holding a baby.
Sam and Cas were shocked, Dean holding a baby, smiling and kissing this baby. Sam was confused because Dean just lied to him. Sam and Cas wanted to go up to the door and ask Dean what the hell he was doing with a baby, but they just stayed in Cas' car and watched Dean.
After that, Sam and Cas left, they waited for Dean but he said that he'd be back in a few days after the "hunt" Sam just shrugged it off because he knew his brother lied.
Dean came back 6 weeks after! Sam was beyond pissed that Dean came back after being in Toledo for 6 weeks, Sam and Cas were gonna act like they didn't follow him to Toledo and spied on him.
Dean, Sam and Cas were looking at cases that have been occurring around Michigan, Sam and Cas agreed to go check it out, Dean said he was going to go to, but Sam made the mistake of bringing up the little girl him and Cas saw Dean with.
Dean then got in Baby and drove away from the Bunker, Cas and Sam then headed to Michigan for the hunt. They were hunting werewolf vampire hybrids. Dean was freaking out because he wanted to get to Toledo.
After the hunt, Dean rushed to Toledo, there he saw a note, he picked it up and it broke his heart. The note said:
Dean, I'm sorry but with what you do, Sadie and I are not safe. I'm always scared a monster will come and kill her and me. We will always love you Dean, but this is for the best. I'm sorry.

Dean crumpled the note and then he began destroying everything in his sight. Dean cried and he held a stuff dinosaur that he bought for Sadie. He got one that records a voice, he pushes the side of the dinosaur and hears Sadie's voice say "I wuv you Daddy."
