In this theory, Sam was a stillborn, he didn't survive through the pregnancy because mary had a drinking problem. Sam was born then he had died, Dean saw his brother die and it traumatized him and it made him angry. He became angry, heartbroken and felt alone. Dean then started talking, playing and drawing Sam. Dean began thinking Sam was still alive, he thought Sam stayed for him. Dean then began talking to Sam, Sam would talk back, this had worried Mary and John.

Dean was taken to a doctor, the doctor asked Dean questions about Sam. One answer that dean gave had terrified Mary, John and the

doctor.

Doctor: Dean, how did Sam pass away?

Dean: Smoke.

Doctor: What do you mean smoke?

Dean: I'd locked mommy in a smoky room with a fire.

Mary remembered, Dean would lock her in her bedroom, he had lit a fire, he had set towels on fire and had stuck them under the doors, between corners and ran outside.

Dean then looks at Sam, there he sees a little boy with burn marks. Sam did survive the pregnancy, Dean took him to the woods one night and he had set his brother on fire because when dean was four, a fire had broken out in their home. Mary died in the fire and Dean had blamed Sam.

Dean killed Sam when he was only 5, John was asleep in his bedroom, to this day Dean kept the secret.
