SPN Theories

Theory 8:

Sam and Dean were both put up for adoption by Mary and John. Mary and John were alcoholics and druggies, they didn't care. Dean and Sam were born addicted to cocaine, heroin. Dean ended up having major health issues, same with Sam. Dean grew up with a mental disorder, he had a hard time concentrating in school, he would constantly scratch his skin to the point where his skin would peel and bleed. Dean would go down to the nurse almost everyday to get bandaids for his wounds.
Sam on the other hand, he was very brilliant, he got tested and has a high IQ. Sam got accepted to many prestigious Universities, he chose Stanford to study law. He went at age 16.

7 years later

Sam was in class when he got a call, Dean was sent to a psychiatric hospital. Dean had a mental break down, he scared neighbours, he would pick and pick at his skin, he'd burn himself with a lighter and was drinking heavily while on medication. Dean had tried to commit suicide 3 years before and got help but he thought he was fine.

Sam then went to see his brother.
Sam saw that Dean was so affected by the heavy drug use by their mom that no one knew that Dean was addicted to Crack, heroin, Oxi and every other heavy drug along with alcohol.

When growing up Sam thought Dean had a mental issue and that was why he would pick at his skin. Dean's brain was making Dean crave drugs even at a young age. Sam studied law and became a lawyer then he went back to school to be a doctor.

One day when Sam was going to visit Dean, a nurse had stopped Sam at the nurse's station, the nurse had to sit down Sam. Sam was wondering about Dean, Sam thought Dean escaped or got into the medicine that are locked up for the other patients.

Sam looked at the nurse with worried eyes and then the nurse say these words "Sam, I'm so sorry to say this. Dean hung himself. We found this morning and we were trying to contact a man named Bobby Singer but no answer."

Sam then broke into tears, then the nurse handed Sam a letter with terrible writing but the letter said these chilling words:

Sammy I'm sick. I've been sick a long time. I never said this but I'm proud of you. You made something of your life. Sammy I'm at peace now but please take care of the Impala. Don't sell it or get rid of it. If you do I will haunt your ass.

I'm sorry Sammy that I left you like this, go make a difference sam.
Dean

Sam wiped his eyes but the nurse saw the letter and Sam thought Dean had a red pen, the nurse shook her head no. Sam's eyes went wide, Dean wrote the letter in his own blood.
