Three years later
"Come on Christopher!! Throw the ball to Markella!!" I said playfully
He gave us a cute smile and threw the ball to his sister.
"Good job Christopher!!" Markella said excitedly catching the ball
"Yayy!! Good job my little love!!" I said excitedly clapping my hands
My little boy clapped his own hands too out of enthusiasm.
"Come on, let's do it again. Catch the ball!!" Markella said excitedly
I could spend hours watching them playing. It was the most adorable sight for me, but the best was when I was joining their games too.
Also watching them so bonded was making me the happiest mother.
That was what Mark was talking about the day of our wedding. The best days had come.
Better saying, they had started from the next day of our marriage.
We had been to our wedding trip to Italy, as we were dreaming. We had enjoyed ourselves a lot. Mark was right for admiring so much the beauty of this country, it was a true heaven.
When we had returned from Italy, we had came just in order to take Markella with us and then we had left for a trip all together. This time for France.
We had a lot of fun there either, actually Markella had enjoyed herself a lot, since it was her first trip abroad.
Our happiness didn't end there. One year later I discovered that I was pregnant for second time. Just like that, little Christopher- named after Mark's father- came to our lives.
We couldn't be happier. It was a great experience for all of us, since I had my husband by my side during pregnancy, Mark had finally the chance to see me caring our baby from the beginning to the end and Markella finally acquired the sibling she wanted so much.
Everyone loved him a lot, he was absolutely adorable. Our son was the step of a complete new beginning. Not that now we loved Markella less, both Mark and I loved our children equally.
Also Christopher had managed to become his sister's weakness from the the very first moments of his existence, even before he was born, when he was a small embryo inside my belly.
Both my pregnancies were two completely different but equally beautiful experiences.
Our house was always full of laughter and smiles. Nothing ugly could fit in it.
I was thanking God every single day for the happiness He had given me. Sometimes I was even thinking that I could never thank Him enough, because all the people I loved had found their way.
Vicky and John were still living happily with the beautiful family they had created. They were still a lot crazy for each other.
Also although we were not staying at the same house anymore, they still had the chance to enjoy our company, since our houses were very close to each other. We were seeing each other every single day, our children were playing in the same garden and we were inseparable as always.
As for my parents in law, they were enjoying watching their children happy and were always feeling complete by having them and their families close.
My siblings were happy too.
Dimitri had made a great progress with his work, making my parents and Fotini very proud of him. He was a great example of a family man.
Despite his progress at work, his family was always his top priority. He was spending most of his time with his wife and children. They were very bonded and happy all together. I could say that Dimitri and Fotini were in love more than any other time.
