Regardless of any situation that you're going through, just know that it'll get better. I used to self harm two years ago but my mother was the one that helped me to get through it. Up to this day I am 2 years and 4 months clean.

I want to let you know that you, yes you, the one reading this, you are beautiful inside and out. You are strong, determined, and beautiful. It doesn't matter what comes in your way, you will make it. Life may throw bad things in your way but you have to stay positive. Size, race, gender, that shit doesn't matter because everyone deserves respect and love.
