It's quiet at home right now.
The Cullen's are all out feeding. Since I am not a vampire, and blood disgusts me, I'm home alone.
Of course, They were all nervous about leaving me alone, but They need to feed.
Right now, I'm watching a movie on Rosalie's laptop.
" Whatcha doin' sissy. " Emmett asks while sitting down.
" Learning how to kill obnoxious vampire boys named Emmett. "
Emmett dramatically gasps. " That horrible! "
" I'm watching a movie. " I smacked his arm. I immediately regretted it. I drew my hand back carefully. " Owww!! That hurt! Don't scare me like that. I didn't know you were here. I thought you were still gone. You need to make more noise when you arrive. That way, I can hide. "
Emmett chuckles. " You should know better. You can't hit a vampire. "
I roll my eye's and close the computer. " Let's go do something. I'm super bored. " I put the computer aside and get up.
We walk downstairs where Esme's fixing Nessie, Jacob, and I lunch.
" Hello Pups. " I say sliding into a seat next to Jake.
He rolls his eye's at the name. " Hello Maddie. "
" Mom. Do you need help. " I can't believe I just said that. It, It's so weird. I have never called anyone mom before. I kind of like it.
" How sweet! " Edward messes with my hair and I glare at the old man.
Old man. Old man. Edweirdo's and old man.
" I am not! " Edward defends himself and I smile.
You are. Your like.... 5000 years old.
" I am not 5000! "
" I would love your help Madison. Just boil that water over there. "
I walk towards the pot, and fill it up while looking out the kitchen window.
A woman's face is hiding in the shadows. She smirks and her eye's glow a deathly red.
I gasp and my eye's widen. I step back from the sink and the pot of water clatters in the sink.
" Maddie! Are you okay? " Esme rushes over to me.
The woman disappears into the shadows, as Jasper runs into the room. " Someone's here! Another vampire. "
Esme looks out the window, but is greeted by an empty forest.
" Whoever's here, is very angry, and revengeful. They want to hurt someone. They want to get the person back. "
" It's a she. She want to hurt people. " I pick up the pot.
Esme hugs me. " You saw her? "
I nod.
" Maybe you should stay away from windows Mads. You don't know what could happen. " Edward hugs Nessie and kisses Bella.
