Andy's POV
Maya came back about an hour and 1/2 later. It had been so long, I started to worry. As they rolled her back into the room I felt a tear slip through my eyelids.
"What's wrong?" Maya asked
"Nothing" I mumble
" I'm fine, just a concussion," Maya said
"I know," I said
—2 weeks later—
Maya's POV
It had been about 2 weeks since the accident and Dr. link said he was ready to take out our x-fixes. However he would have to take them out in surgery. He was going to do mine tomorrow and Andy's the day after. As soon as Dr. Link left I called Jack to give him the news. When I was done talking to Jack, Andy said
"Maya"
"What," I said nicely
"You know you and Jack, I was only mad because you didn't tell me and it's not really a big deal. You two are actually really cute together" Andy said
"Thank you, I never wanted to keep it from you, but I had no idea how to tell you" I added
Just then the whole team walked in. Once the whole team was in the room we shared the big news. In a few days, after me and Andy had both had our x-fix removal surgery we would be able to go home. The team and Ryan, of course, were excited or us. Going home put us one step closer to being able to go back to work.
"What color cast you guys gonna get?" Vic asked
"Um, good question I don't really-" just them Andy cut me off
"You can pick my color if I can pick yours," she said
I quickly answered "deal"
