Desperation is a funny thing.
Despite having mutual friends, Jungkook and Sooyoung had never bothered with each other before— one being occupied with her ultimate crush Min Yoongi, while the other... well, he didn't earn the unofficial school title of 'fuckboy' for being frigid, let's just say that.
During a heated discussion, they end up making a bet. Jungkook has to find someone who will fall for more than just his looks whilst Sooyoung has to, not only get noticed by Yoongi, but also confess to him in the time it takes Jungkook to find someone.
Too bad things never work out like planned, huh?

this starts off cliche and for good reason, but as the story unravels, it becomes a little less cliche and the message i'm trying to get across might make a little more sense, so stick with me!
