"Where are you going?" CeCe asked me as I started to lace up my left black combat boot.

"Over to Rocky's for supper." I answered. I looked up as I continued to lace up the boot.

"You can come if you'd like, I'm sure he'd like that." She threw down the script she was skimming over on the bed.

"You know what, No! I am not going to go to another function at the Lynches because you said I could "tag along", if he wants to come he should ask me himself!" I let out a small chuckle.

"Are you upset because Rocky has texted you." She stretched and grabbed her pink IPhone 5S off the pillow, entering the 4 digit passcode, she unlocked her phone.

"On Tuesday he texted me "hey", so I responded back "Hey" and that was it." She threw her phone back on the pillow sighed. "It's been two weeks since that party and the only thing he has said to me is "Hey", Does he just not like me?" I got up searching the room for the right boot, with three girls in one room everything tends to clutter up.

"I'm sure he likes you." I reassured her still trying to locate my other boot.

"Then, why won't he talk to me!" she whined. "Oh and by the way, that Kasey's boot, the other one is in the closet."

"I thought this felt a little big." I admitted sitting back down on the bed, trying to yank the boot off without untying it. CeCe's IPhone jingled and she reached over to grab it again from the pillow where it rested. She unlocked it again looking at the message. She peered her head up from the phone and rolled her eyes at me.

"Did you do this?" She turned her phone around to show me the message Rocky had just sent her. It read.

"Hey do you want to come dinner tonight." I giggled a little.

"Well I might have kind of asked if he had talked to you since the party, and slightly mentioned that you were free tonight." Her jaw dropped.

"Ugghh...Rian."

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry ok." She crossed her arms and furrowed her eyebrows.

"I'm not going, he only asked me because you told him too!" she turned her head to glare at me. I bent down to pick up a pair of brown fringe boots that I settled on.

"I didn't tell him to ask you, I just nudged him in the right direction." I explained. She rolled her eyes.

"I'm still not going!" I finally finished slipping on the boots and stood back up.

"Come on Estella's going to be there, and I need someone to roll my eyes at whenever she talks." I joked. She picked up the script again.

"I have to memorize this!" she complained.

"Fine, I'll be back later." I grumbled slinging my bag on my shoulder, and walking out the door.

"You had that huge crush on Jason Green!" Rocky laughed.

"I did not!" I defended. "Yes you did! He lived right across the street from us, and whenever he came over to play football you always wanted to play just to impress him!"

"Whatever." I groaned taking another bite of my mashed potatoes.

"Oh I remember that, he was my age! You were 7 and he was 11, and you thought he was so cool because he was an older guy." Riker exclaimed making me blush a bright shade of crimson.

"Oh that's so cute you had a little crush on a boy." Estella chimed in from across the table. It drove me crazy when she did that, she always had a way of making me feel inferior to her. She would make little comments like "you're so cute" or "I remember when I was your age." She was only about three years older than me but she treated me like I was five, especially around Riker. We had started to hang out a little more over the past week and I'm pretty sure she'd taken notice. Whenever I was around she'd make sure to be extra clingy.
