Klaus' P.O.V
I tried so hard not to think about it... about him.
Everything changed from the moment I saw him.
I knew I wanted to know him... I had to get to know him.
Now he's gone.
A part of me left with him.
I can't do this anymore.
I was lying alone on my childhood bed thinking about everything, when I suddenly hear a knock at the door.
"You alright?" Five came in.
"I uh yeah," I responded
"That's not what it looks like."
"Wow thanks."
"You know I can-"
"Go away"
"When I don't care you all complain and when I try to care you all also complain...I can't win," Five complained.
"Just go... please? Now?"
Five smiled and left.
I get up and close my door before throwing myself back on the bed.
I close my eyes and after what feels like years of darkness I see a bright light, I attempt to open my eyes but I can't.
I'm back in the same place where I saw God but instead of God standing there I see him.
"Dave?"
"I've been waiting for years...it's about time," Dave laughs as I run towards him.
"I did it... I got sober."
"You did."
"I want to stay."
"You can't"
"I can, I'll find a way"
"I know what your thinking and I'm not letting you go through with it."
"But think about it, I'm no use to my family they all think I'm a looney anyway and if I die I'll be here with you... unless I go to hell but-"
"The answer's no Klaus I know I don't own or control you but the answer is no."
"I just can't believe I can finally talk to you"
"I'm here and I'm not leaving anytime soon... not that I have a choice"
"Klaus why are you here again?!" I see God coming up to me.
"I just-"
"GO!"
"But-"
"You don't belong here!"
"Dave-" I reached out yelling before he turned away.
"Go Klaus, you don't belong here!" Dave said
"But I wanted to see you," I cried out
"I didn't, why must you ruin everything!"
"Dave I-" I whispered before he cut me off.
"Go get out you don't belong on Earth and you don't belong here!"
I looked at him one last time before being pulled back into reality.
I open my eyes and see Pogo, all my siblings and mum standing over me.
"Hello?" I said looking up.
"You overdosed on drugs," Allison said,she was so clearly shaken up.
"Again," Luther added with a sad look.
"I overdosed?"
"Yeah..." Diego whispered.
"We barely got you back," Pogo added.
"That mean what I saw wasn't real?"
"I don't know what or who you saw but no," Pogo said.
I smiled, that means that Dave loves me.
"How long was I out?"
"A few hours which ended up turning into days," Vanya said.
"So I'm sober?"
"For now," Five said.
I smiled.
That means I can see Dave.
The real Dave.
A few hours passed and they all had left me alone to sleep.
I close my eyes and picture Dave... but nothing happens.
I try to reach out to Dave but nothings there, it's as if he had never existed.
I feel my eyes well up with tears.
"So this is your childhood room," I heard a voice behind me.
"Dave?!" I whisper yell turning around.
I run towards him and hug him, I quickly pull away realising that I just made contact with the dead.
"I can touch you?" I asked
"Seems so," he smiled
I try to hold his arm but my hand goes right through him.
"Or maybe not?" He laughed
"This is the best part of being sober," I smiled.
