Chapter 13

"Niall! I can't find the phones!" I said starting to panic. He looked at me with a sarcastic look. "They are in the trunk under the blanket." he said. I punched his arm. "God Niall you scared me to death. I thought someone broke into my car!" I said forcefully. I hit the open trunk button on my car key and popped the trunk. I opened my car door and walked to the bak of the car and sure enough the phones were right there. I grabbed them and closed the trunk, shut my door and then I looked my car. Niall opened the door to the C Spire building for me. "Hi! Welcome to C Spire! How may I help you?" a nice young lady behind the counter asked. "Um hi my boyfriend went online to apple and bought 2 new iPhone 6's and we want to switch our phones over to them!" I told her with a smile. "Ok then can I have your phone number your phone that you have now and the 6 you want to activete?" she asked with a smile. I have her my number then I reached into my boot and I pulled my iPhone 5S out. "Can you unlock it and go Into your settings please?" she asked and I did as she instructed. She took my phone and then used some metal pin the pull the sim card out of the left side. "May I see the new phone?" she asked. I gave her the phone and she popped to clear plastic cover off the box and open it to reveal the slick gold iPhone 6. "Ugh Niall it's beautiful thank you so much!" I told him hugging him. "Here is your old phone and here is the new one. The number is still the same and when you log back into your iCloud on the 6 all of your messages and stuff will be back on there." she said. I took the 5S and slipped it into my back pocket. "I'll let Avery have my phone." I told Niall. I held my new phone in my hand staring at the black screen. "Are you ok baby?" Niall asked after he gave his two phones to the lady. "Yeah! I'm his admiring this and thinking about how much of an axing boyfriend I have!" I told him. I walked over to a white couch by the window and sat down. I unlocked my phone and scanned my finger print while Niall stood at the counter getting his phone. When the phone started up I opened the camera and took a picture of Nialls butt! Im gonna send it to him as soon as his phone activates and he's going to flip! I opened my settings app an scrolled down to pass code and touch id. A pop up on the screen read "Enter New Passcode" I typed in the numbers '64255'. "Retype new password" the screen said. "64255" I mumbled as I typed in the numbers. "Im done you ready?" I heard Niall ask. "Yea let's go!" I told him. "I am! I am!" he said getting scared. I turned the music off and put me phone in my boot. The police car drove right passed us. "Oh my god I thought he was going to give us a ticket. Bloody hell I was so scared!" Niall said. I just nodded. I was so scared I couldn't even talk. Niall cranked my car and pulled back onto the road. "Music shall we?" I asked grinning"We shall!" he responded. I pulled my phone up out of my boot and scrolled through all my music. I couldn't decide what I wanted to listen to so I hit shuffle. "Flowers in her hair she don't care. Peach pink lips yeah everybody stares!" International Smile was the first song on my shuffle to play. Niall and I sang to each other all the lyrics! "That girls a trip! A one way ticket! Takes you miles high! Cause shes got that one International smile!" We sang all the words until the last chorus because that's when we got to the entrance to Nialls apartment complex. He drove up to his building am turned the car off. "Thanks for letting me drive sunshine!" he said. I think I died and went to heaven and came back! "Thanks for not crashing my car teddy bear!" I said. He leaned in and kissed me on my cheek. I pulled back. "Keys!" I said. "Then you get a kiss." he handed me my keys and I leaned forward and kissed him right on the lips. It was magical. He pulled back "You are a great kisser sunshine." he said. I felt my face blushing again. He leaned back in a I kissed him one more time quick on the lips and opened my door and got out of the car. Niall opened his door and walked to the front of the car. "Bye babe I'll miss you!" he said as we hugged. "Ill miss you too baby!" I said giving him one more hug. When he released me I walked to the drivers door and opened it. "Bye Jesse!" be waved at me as he unlocked his door and went into his apartment. I waved until his door closed. I closed my door and cranked my car and backed up. When I was at the gate of the complex I stopped and pulled my phone out of my boot. "Hey pick up taco bell on your way home!" said a text from Avery. "Ok what do y'all want?" I responded. I went back to my music app and hit the shuffle button again. Change yo life by Iggy azalia came on. I locked my phone and set it in the cup holder. When there wasn't any traffic I pulled out on to the road and headed towards taco bell. The drive was not long I could literally walk to it from Nialls apartment but I was ready to go home so I drove. There was a yellow beetle bug with Pokemon stickers on the back of the window in front of me do I had to wait a couple of minutes before I could order. I pulled my phone out of the cup holder and paused my music. Just as I pulled up to the order thing my phone rang. It was avery!

Jesse: Bonjour? (Hello?)

Avery: Bonsoir! Comment ça va? (Hi! How are you?

Jesse: Bein. (Good.) What do y'all want I'm bout to order!

Avery: I want 3 seven layer burritos. Rae wants just cinnamon twist cause she went to mc Donald's and got a salad.

Jesse: Ok thanks I'll be home in about 15 minutes.

Avery: Bye!

I hung up. "Hi welcome to taco bell my name is Sharkesha how may I help you?" the speaker asked. "Yes I need 3 seven layer burritos 3 chicken burritos 2 bean burritos and 4 orders of cinnamon twist. Then I need an extra large Dr. Pepper. And that will be all." I said. "That will be 3 seven layer burritos 3 chicken burritos 2 bean burritos 4 orders of cinnamon twist and extra large Dr. Pepper." she said. "Yes that correct." I told her. "That will be $22.45. Drive up to the first window please." I drove up to the second window because I couldn't go any farther because of the car in front of me. I texted Niall while I was waiting. The text read "Hey babe I scheduled us an appointment to get our hair done on Friday at 1:00 so we are going to meet at the parking lot of the studio cause we are going to park my car under the building while I'm gone.". I sent it and locked my phone and pulled up to the window. "Yo towtal is 22.45." The woman at the window said. Golly she's ratchet. I pulled my wallet out and gave her a twenty dollar bill, two ones and two quarters. "Thank you sir." she said as she hand me my order. "Can I get some mild sauce please?" I asked. "How many you need? 2?" She asked. I glared at her. "You know what can I get a whole freaking hand full please?" I asked angrily. She grabbed a handful and dropped it in my bag then handed it back to me. "Thank you!" I said. She closed the window and started doing something on her Nokia flip phone. I drove off the lot and headed home. I got stopped at every single stop light. After what should been at 10 minute ride took me 25 because of all the traffic. When I got home Avery was on the couch watching Divergent on tv. "Finally! What took you so long to get home?" Avery asked getting up and cruching his way over to me. "Traffic was terrible and i literally caught every single light on the way home." I said. He took the food from me. "Im sorry about that but thanks for getting me food! how much do I owe you?" he asked. I walked Into the kitchen and he followed me. "Nothing I got it today. Are you packed for the trip we leave Friday night?" I asked while I unpacked the food. "I've got to pack all my electronics and stuff for the bus and that's it." he said. He was lying. I could tell in his voice. "Ok we'll the bus has two TVs and a DVD players so if you want anything else pack it." I told him. He reached for his food and some sauce and went into the living room to watch his movie. I heard fast footsteps coming down the stairs. "Heyyyyy! Did you get me food?" She asked wrapping her arms around my shoulder. i handed her the cinnamon twist an she took it and kissed me on the cheek and ran back upstairs. I put all my tacos on my plate and headed up stairs. While I was walking in the living room I saw Avery sitting alone on the couch. "Hey are you ok?" I asked. He looked at me. His eyes were red and I think he'd been crying. "No I'm not ok!" he said. I moved around and sat on the couch with him. "What's wrong tell me what's going on an I can help you." I told him. He stuttered trying to get words out "I think..."
