Chapter 16: Third Month

Jug's POV
Well we have reached the third month of Betty and Veronica's pregnancies. The morning sicknesses have stopped which is great. The babies (Betty and Veronica's) are as healthy as they should be. Cravings has been intensified like having pickles and ice cream. Betty had me try it and that was the nastiest shit I've ever had in my life. Freddie and Juliet have been hanging out even more since Archie and Veronica come over everyday. Freddie and Juliet are playing and watching movies together that in a way Archie and I don't have to worry about them as much because we know they are having a great time. Betty and Veronica's baby bump started showing a few weeks ago and today we get to find out the genders and have a surprise baby shower for them courtesy of Archie, Kevin and me.

Betty and Jug's house
Betty: "Juggie hurry up! We get to find out the gender today!"
Jug: "Let's go but we have to drop off Jules at Kevin's house first."
Betty: "Why? She's been to the appointments."
Jug: "That's for me to know and for you to find out."

Kevin's house
Jug: "Hey Kev, here's Jules. When the doctor asks Betty and I if we want to find out the gender, we are going to give him your number and he will tell you."
Kevin: "Alright. Archie already dropped off Freddie."
Jug: "After the appointment we are heading straight here."
Kevin: "See you two in an hour!"
Kevin: "Ok kiddos of Bughead and Varchie, who wants to watch The Bee Movie?"
Juliet and Freddie: "Meeeeee!"

Doctor's appointment
Doctor Tribbiani: "Alrighty, Betty and Jughead, your baby is perfectly healthy."
Betty: "If we are done, may I use the restroom? This child thinks my bladder is a toy."
Doctor Tribbiani: "You may go. *Betty leaves* Jughead would you like to know the gender?"
Jug: "Actually I want that for a surprise later but here call my friend Kevin. You can tell him as he's organizing the gender reveal as we speak."
Doctor Tribbiani: "Will do. Have a nice day."

Car
Betty: "Jug, where are we going?
Jug: "We are picking up Veronica and Archie then to Kevin's house."
Betty: "Ooh fun."

Kevin's house
Jug and Archie: "Kev we're here!"
Kevin: "I just finished setting up. Bring them inside."
*Betty and Veronica come in*
Betty: "Oh my god you threw us a gender reveal?!"
Veronica: "What would we do without you two?"
Jug: "Um not have our children?

One hour later
Kevin: "Ok after those amazing gifts, it's time to find out the genders! Betty and Jughead please come here."
Juliet: "Uncle Kev I want to be a part of this!"
Jug: "Come here cutie. Ok Kev explain because all I see are water balloons and I'm very tempted to throw them."
Kevin: "Well that's what you are going to do. You see the huge white paper? Well you throw these white water balloons that have food coloring and when it hits the paper it will reveal the gender. Veronica and Archie it's the same for you."
Jug: "Wait Kev, babies one, two and three? Are we having triplets?"
Kevin: "Yep triplets."
Betty: "Oh my god Jug!" *happy tears*
Jug: "Wow three more children! I can't wait! Let's find out their genders!"
Kevin: "Jughead you may throw for baby #1."
*Jug throws*
Jug: "Oh my god Betts, we are having a boy!"
Betty: "You aren't the only man in the house anymore!" *laughs at her own joke*
Kevin: "Betty, you may throw for baby #2."
*Betty throws*
Betty: "Juggie it's a girl!"
Jug: "I can't wait!"
Kevin: "Jules throw at the paper ok?"
Juliet: "Ok!"
*Juliet throws*
Juliet: "Mommy, Daddy it's blue! What does that mean?"
Jug: "Jules it means you're having a brother well, brothers and the pink means you're having a sister."
Kevin: "Congrats you three. Veronica, Archie and Freddie it's your turn. It's just one baby."
Archie: "Freddie you can throw it."
Freddie: "Ok Daddy."
*Freddie throws*
Freddie: "It's a sister!"
Veronica: "Finally a girl I can take shopping with me!"
Archie: "I've always wanted a girl as well. I'm so happy!"

After the baby shower/gender reveal

Betty and Jug's house
Jug: "I can't believe we are having triplets."
Betty: "Me too. I thought it was twins since my belly is bigger than when I was pregnant with Jules. But we should talk names for them."
Jug: "What about for the boy baby number 1, his name can be Ben. For middle name it can be Oliver."
Betty: "I love it. For the girl, her name can be Riley. For middle name it can be Veronica."
Jug: "That's a beautiful name Betts. For our other boy, his name can be Ryan. For middle name it can be Cole."
Betty: "I love it. I can't believe we will have four children in total soon."
Jug: "Our kids are going to do amazing things."
