Chapter 17: Sixth Month

Jug's pov:
Betty and Veronica are six months along and still doing amazing. Today all of us are going baby shopping and boy is that fun. We are getting everything like paints, cribs, clothes, pacifiers, blankets, and lots of diapers. The girls mood swings have been intense. Surprisingly Archie and I are handling it fine, I don't know about Archie but I'm fine. Just can't wait for the babies to be born.

Babies R' Us
Betty: "Alright so boys, you can get the paints, pacifiers, and cribs and Veronica and I will get the diapers, clothes and blankets."
Jug: "Alright sounds good."
Archie: "Time for my wallet to get emptied out."

One hour later still at Babies R' Us

Betty: "V, I think we got everything if not the whole store." *chuckles*
Veronica: "Ha, I think you're right. Let's go find the boys."
Jug: "Jesus Betts, did you buy the whole store?"
Betty: "I bought other things that I forgot that we needed."
Jug: "Such as...?"
Betty: "Stuff animals, bed sheets, mobile, more baby monitors, strollers, car seats, baby lotion, baby bathtubs, and a potty training thing for Jules."
Jug: "Ok because I think I got the other half of the store. *laughs* I got the cribs, paints, pacifiers, but I also got wall decorations, posters, rugs, diaper changing station, rocking chairs, and books."
Veronica: "Jesus after hearing all of that makes me look like I don't buy a lot and that says a lot for a girl who shops a lot."
Archie: "Ok all of this shopping is making me hungry. Let's go to Pop's before we go home and start making the nurseries."

After Pop's
Betty: "Jug, do you want me to help you with the little things in the nursery?"
Jug: "If you want to. You can stop when you get tired and you can keep me company. Can you call Kevin and see if he can keep Jules for the night? I don't want to wake her with all of this."
Betty: "Yeah I'll ask."

On the phone
Kevin: "Hey B, how was baby shopping?"
Betty: "Great and tiring. Jug and I were wondering if you don't mind if Jules spends the night at your house if it's not too much to ask. Jug and I are doing the nurseries and we don't want to wake her with all the construction noises."
Kevin: "It's not a problem. In fact Veronica and Archie asked me to keep Freddie for the night too. I'm just here watching Toy Story with them."
Betty: "Aww how cute Uncle Kevin. I got to go but thank you so much Kev."
Kevin: "No problem B. Love you!"
Betty: "Love you too!"

End call

Betty: "He can keep her for the night. He said that him, Jules and Freddie are watching Toy Story."
Jug: "I think Kevin established on being the fun uncle."
Betty: "That's his dream. Alright let's start decorating. Juggie, did you really pick Avengers and Star Wars for our sons?" *laughs*
Jug: "Yeah why not? Both movies are awesome."
Betty: "What did you pick for Riley?"
Jug: "I picked Winnie the Pooh."

Hours later
Betty: "Juggie, I'm going to bed."
Jug: "Ok Betts. I'm gonna keep working here. I'll try to not make a lot of noise. I'm just going to paint then tomorrow we can start building."
Betty: "Ok Juggie. Good night, I love you."
Jug: "I love you too Betts."
*As Betty is about to leave*
Betty: "Juggie! Come!"
Jug: "What's wrong?!
Betty: "They're kicking! All three of them! Give me your hand it feels like a party!" *laughs*
Jug: "This is amazing! I can't wait to meet them and Jules has someone to play with besides Freddie."
*Betty goes to bed and Jug is painting the nurseries*

Jug's pov:
Betts just went to bed. I finished sketching all three bedrooms. Now I'm gonna paint it and hopefully be done by the time Betty wakes up. I can't wait for the triplets to be born. Archie texted me earlier that he finished his daughter's nursery and he's coming over to help with some of the building and organizing which I really appreciate.

Archie: "Yo Jug! Where are you?"
Jug: "In here! Ok here's what you can do. You can start with building the cribs, then put the bedsheets on it. After, you can set up the diaper changing station. After that you can build the rocking chairs, I bought the quick drying paints so right when I finish one room, you can hang up the posters and mobiles. Sorry if I'm asking you to do too much work."
Archie: "Dude, it's not a problem. You have three kids on the way and a whole lot of work to do. You can really use the help."
Jug: "Thanks Arch. Since we have all night to work, why not make it fun with some music?"
Archie: "Any song that will keep us up all night." *laughs*
Jug: "Do you know what you are going to name the baby?"
Archie: "Yeah actually. We are naming her Sofia."
Jug: "That's beautiful Arch."
Archie: "What about you guys, any names?"
Jug: "Ben, Riley, and Ryan."
Archie: "That's beautiful dude."

Next morning
Jug: "And we are done. Wow, it looks amazing. Thanks again Arch for your help."
Archie: "No problem dude. It looks awesome. I didn't know you have awesome artistic abilities."
Jug: "Well I'm a man full of surprises."
Archie: "But Jug these look like my dream room."
Jug: "Well Betty is still sleeping. Do you want breakfast?"
Archie: "Yeah why not."

15 minutes later

Betty: "Hey Juggie and Archie. I woke up to the amazing smell of French Toast."
Jug: "We were up all night doing all three of the nurseries that we just finished. After that we started making French Toast. After we eat we can show you how it all looks."
Betty: "Ok. I can't wait to see."

After breakfast

Jug: "Come on Betts. It's time to see the nurseries."
Betty: "I can't wait."

Ben's room
Betty: "Oh my god Jug! It looks so cool! Since when can you paint?!"
Jug: "I'm glad you love it. Art is a hidden talent I have."
Betty: "The Avengers look so lifelike. Oh my god even the planets look real!"
Jug: "Just don't drool over your superhero boyfriends ok?" *laughs*

Riley's room
Betty: "Aww Juggie, this is so cute! Looks straight out of the movies!"
Jug: "This was actually the easiest to do. You are going to freak out on the last one."

Ryan's room
Betty: "What the hell! How did you do this?"
Jug: "This was the hardest to do but I guess practice." *laughs*
Betty: "I love how you included every single planet and character here. This is every Star Wars fans dream room."
Jug: "Betts, look at the mobile."
Betty: *turns to look* "Oh my god! Did you build the Millennium Falcon from Legos?!"
Jug: "Yep and glued it."
Betty: "My god all the rooms are amazing. Thank you Archie for the help."
Archie: "No problem. I'm glad you love it."
