Sorry for the wait! I promise I'm not abandoning this story, I've just been super busy.

"Percy? Percy?" I was brought out of my musing by Chaos repeating my name over and over again. "I-I'm dead" I said, feeling faint. Chaos sighed and walked towards me, stopping directly in front of me.

"Percy, I know this is hard, but you have a decision to make. I am offering you the choice to join my army or to go on to the Underworld. Now considering the fact that the gods hate you, I would assume if you choose the Underworld path you will be sent to eternal punishm-" Chaos started.

"If you think for a second I am going to go fight for those good-for-nothing gods, well then you got a surprise coming your way-" I cut him off.

"No, no, no. You are exactly right. Making teenagers fight their wars? Their own sons and daughters? Unforgivable. No, Percy, no, this is not related to the gods in any way. In my army, we travel around the galaxy and prevent wars, help struggling kingdoms and save people from whoever is threatening them. No, Percy, we-I- have nothing to do with the gods," Chaos explained.

I tried to take in what he was saying. I would be in an army, helping people, with no relation to the gods. There must be a catch. And I wasn't to eager to jump into anymore wars, but it seemed as though the Fates weren't done with me yet. In reality, though, it wasn't even a decision. If I went into the Underworld, I would be tortured for all eternity, something I wasn't exactly looking forward to. That meant that I would have to join Chaos' army.

"So? Will you join? Or will you choose-" Chaos asked him, or started to ask. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll join, as long as I'm not going to be tortured for all of eternity," I said, irritated.

"Great!" Chaos beamed. He spun his hands and opened a portal, Doctor Strange style, and pulled both me and him through it. You wouldn't think that stepping through a portal would be disorienting, but that certainly was. I felt like my innards were being twisted inside of me, causing me to bend over, clutching my stomach. I quickly recovered though and straightened out. What I saw was truly an amazing and awe-inspiring sight.

In front of me was a beautiful palace, decorated in black and silver. It was completely indescribable. It was huge, and it was obviously owned by Chaos.

As awesome as it was, I could only think of one thing. Was Chaos really telling the truth when said his army wasn't involved in the gods? Would he be able to settle into life here?

And the biggest question of all; Was Chaos wearing AXE body spray?
