Klyde's Mother
Within a split second, I closed my eyes and let Klint took control.
As I was inside, I closed my eyes and just accept my fate.
I heard a woman chuckle, the soft voice was familiar.
When I opened my eyes, I was in a middle of a garden. Green grassy flowers, as far as my eyes can see.
I stood on a circular wooden deck, there was a canopy, a tea table and a w-woman.
"Who are you?!" I asked her, slowly walking away.
"Don't worry," she said, standing up. I used my powers and stood defensively. "I won't hurt you."
"O-Okay, w-why am I h-here?" I asked her, while trying to call Klint. "Where's my wolf?"
"Klyde," she sat down and gestured at the chair opposite her, "This is the border of your consciousness."
"And w-why are you here?" I asked her. She only smiled.
"You will know," she answered, taking a sip of her tea.
"And why am I here?"
"Because you chose to."
"Oh," I sighed. She offered a cuppa, so I took a sip. It tastes good. Really good .
"Klyde, I need to tell you something," she said, I stared at her. She's wearing a white silk dress with intricate curves and designs on. "You are not just any wolf."
"I know," I said to her, showing her my one of a kind silver eyes.
"Good," she looked at me and with a blink of an eye, her eyes glowed as silver as mine.
"W-What?"
"I am what's called, a deity," she said, not retreating her powers. "And I am here to warn you. The gods are not happy."
"H-Happy about what?"
"Your entire existence," she stood up and walked towards me. She grabbed both my hands and her soft pale hands enclosed mine. "You need to fight back. There are more beings out there, that are more powerful than Olivia. Much, much, powerful."
"I-If you're a deity, why not you defeat them?" I asked her, nuding my hands for her to let go.
She didn't budge. Instead, her grip got stronger, "I can't."
"Well, why do you care?"
"Because-"
"No!" I yelled, using my powers for her to let my hands go. I walked away from her, almost at the edge of the deck.
When I looked at the grass closer, there was nothing beneath it. There was only grass, but there wasn't any ground.
"Do you know who you are, Klyde?" she asked me, her eyes returned to normal as she walked towards me.
"No," I answered honestly. "I don't really who, or what am I. Am I just a wolf? Am I abnormal? Am I a god?"
"So let me tell you who you are," she pleaded, still with her soft voice which never left her. I think she's genuinely kind.
"Yes you could, but where's the fun in that?" I asked her, my right foot was just on the edge of the planks.
"Please let me talk to you. You are Klyde Moons-"
I cut her off, with all the will I have with me, "I am Klyde Hofmann-Corrigan!" I declared. "I am the Luna of the Gold Moon Pack, the mates of the two most amazing Alphas, Aaron and Stephen, and," I paused and held my stomach, I saw her eyes widen, "the mother of my children."
With that, I jumped towards the grass.
I think this is a bad idea.
