The Law of the Gods
"Seriously!" I yelled, all of my body parts were sore. It was indeed one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
I was too clingy with my mates that they did their way with me even though I'm pregnant!
"I said 'okay but be gentle'!" I scolded, wincing when I sat up. "I'm pregnant for heaven's sake! Pregnant!"
"Okay, okay, jeez," Margaret said, rolling her eyes.
"When's Avery gonna get home?" I asked Brandon.
"I don't know, luna," he replied, slicing the grilled meat as he did. "Vampire traditions are very complex."
"Oh," I said and took a sip of my lemon juice. My mates entered the kitchen and sat on either side of me.
"Good morning," Aaron whispered while Stephen gently rubbed my thigh.
"Please don't do that in my kitchen," Brandon sighed.
Before I knew it, both their hands were caressing my inner thigh, making 'accidental' touches on my member.
"Do you want another wave of-"
"Klyde Moonschild," a deep, raspy voice blared from the outside.
The sky darkened, thunders roared and lightning lit up the skies.
"Come out, Klyde," it was a woman's voice. "Or face the wrath of the gods!"
We all went outside and saw five glowing people floating just outside the barrier the Agatha and Vericka made.
"And you think this silly barrier can hold us out?!" a woman, which as I can recall as the goddess of the mermaids, yelled. She raised her hands, pointed it towards the barrier and a large jet of water flowed. The other gods did the same, shooting beams of light to the barrier.
"I don't think it will last," Margaret muttered. It was then that the barrier shattered. It was like a broken glass, and as it broke, it slowly faded.
With full force, the gods came blasting towards us, each with rage and I could sense a sour aura from them.
They really do hate you.
I can't believe I'll be agreeing to that.
"We won't let you do this!" my mom's voice roared. A white beam of light shot up from the sky, and it was her, my mother.
Following her, was a dark cloud, menacingly circled the pack and it revealed the same pale girl, the goddess of the vampires.
"Freya, oh, my us, you're with her?" a shirtless man said in disgust.
"Shut it, Swamper!" she spat.
"I like her," Margaret joked.
"You silly little..." the god of the goblins muttered, his eyes glowed green and an ominous green orb of light appeared in his hand.
"Wait, no-" the goddess of the mermaids was cut off when the god of the goblins threw the ball to Freya.
I winced at the impact, Freya screamed and all of us gasped. The gods are more surprised than we are.
One god down.
Wait, what?
A sound of fallen stone made me look towards the gods. There are only five of them left.
Where is the god of the goblins?
"You forgot the rule, Swamper," Freya said, standing up and recovering her posture from the attack. "Hurt a god, and you'll-"
Turn to stone.
