Betty Cooper works for the billionaire Jughead Jones. She is the maid who cleans his whole mansion by herself.

This morning Betty woke up at 5:00 and got her uniform on. She walked over to Jughead's house for she had to be there by 6 sharp. She didn't have a car because her parents abandoned her at age 5 so she the only money she has is the money she gets from Jughead. She stepped out of the house and immediately shivered, feeling naked in her mid thigh length yellow dress and her hair in a high ponytail.

She finally made it to his house at 5:52 because he lives in the other side of the city. She shakily knocked on the door, hugging herself to retain body heat. Jughead opened the door with an eye roll. "You're early," he stated. She looked down. "I'm sorry, sir. I just arrived earlier than expected today." He sighed. "Fine, come in but next time don't knock untill exactly 6 o' clock, got it?" He queried. "Yes, I'm very sorry sir," Betty replied. "Yeah, yeah. You already said that. Just get cleaning. This house better be spotless by the time I'm back from my meeting at 10." Betty nodded. "Yes sir." She said and hurried off to retrieve her cleaning supplies. Jughead finished getting ready and left the house leaving Betty alone to clean.

Hours later, Jughead returns home and just as he asked, the house is spotless. He opens the door but doesn't close it yet. Betty was turned away from the door, standing on a
latter, dusting the ceiling fan. She jumped when the door closed and fell off the latter. She hit the ground flat with a thud. Jughead started laughing as if she were a comedian entertaining him. Betty lifted her head from the ground and hissed in pain as she reached to touch the back of it. She got up and brushed herself off, straightening her dress. She started swaying, a dizzy feeling engulfing her body. Her eyes blurred and she almost fell again. Her eyes refocused right before she fell again but the dizzy feeling never went away. At some point Jughead stopped laughing. He stared at Betty as she stood still, looking around to regain her focus. He started to get annoyed because she wasn't cleaning. "FOR GOD SAKES WOMAN! FINISH CLEANING!" She snapped out of her daze. "S- sorry. I'll get right back to work." She went back to work but couldn't help the dizzy feeling she felt the rest of the day. Around lunch time, Betty went up to Jughead to ask if she can go to buy some food. She went up to his office door and knocked quietly. "Come in!" He shouted. "Excuse me, Mr. Jones?" He sighed, looking up from his computer. "What do you want, maid?" He sound slightly aggravated. 'Probably because it's me,' Betty thought. "Umm. May I have a break to go buy some lunch?" He groaned. "Fine. You've got 20 minutes." Betty let the tiniest sigh escape her lips. Relief. "Thank you Mr. Jones." She hurried out of his office and out of the house all together. She went down the street to a really expensive supermarket. She never went there because it was out of her budget but it's the only option if she wants to be back in 20 minutes. She went into the store, hoping to find something under 5 dollars. She walked over to the deli section. She found a very small, $4 sandwich. She picked it up, feeling dizzy again. Her eyes blurred then blacked. She could feel herself falling but could do nothing about it because her body was so weak. Her head head hit the ground and then she couldn't remember anything.

Meanwhile, Jughead was sitting at his desk getting angrier each minute because Betty was an hour late. His phone starting ringing from an unknown number. He picked it up heaving a sigh. "Hello?" He answered in annoyance. "Hello, is this Mr. Jughead Jones?" "It is, who is this?" He sat up straight in his chair. He wasn't expecting any calls today. "We are calling in regards to Elizabeth Cooper. She's in the hospital." "Okay. So you called me why?" He didn't really care. "She wants to talk to you." "Um. Okay." He heard the phone move to somebody else. "Hi Mr. Jones. I just wanted to tell you that I'm sorry I had a longer break then I was supposed to and it will never happen again. Please don't fire me." He rolled his eyes. "I won't fire you just don't let it happen again." "Yes sir. I'm sorry sir." Then he hung up because he didn't feel like talking to her anymore.
