chapter 11

Gabbys pov.

I woke up in bed. Wait home did I get home. "I was with Toby. We went out and we went to my fathers building. Then I-" I cut myself of by remembering what happened the day before. "Did I really do that? Oh My God" I said. I immediately went into tears. What is wrong with me? fathers going to kill me if he finds out.

Fathers pov.

I came to work early that Sunday morning. I went in to the room I kept my project. I walked in and stop half way through the doorway. I couldn't believe what I saw. I creation destroyed. My masterpiece in pieces. I ran up to my creation and started to work fast before a malfunction. I saw a rentch on the floor. I picked it up and whispered to myself "who did this"

I put it down and went to restore my creation. I fixed all the chips well so I thought. I then turned it on to see if its still working. It didn't move or anything. I signed because I knew it was never going to work again.

I turned around to put everything away because i wasn't going to need them at the moment. As i put my tools away I her a thud. I shake it off because there's always something happening in the lab. I her it again but this time it was a bang. A loud bang. I turn around to see my creation moving. I gasp. "That's impossible." It starts to rip its way out of the chains it was in. The creation was not friendly. It set itself free and start to destroy the lab. I ran to my emergence room. I sealed it we iron walls. "Its not going to hold for long." I tried to control it with the emergence controls but it wasn't working. I kept trying but the controls started to go insane. My creation was hacking into all my controls. "Its trying to control the rest of the robots." I was recording a message but I turned  around to the iron doors being thrown across the room. "What do you want" I yell trying not to panic. I created my creation to be intelligent. But it was too intelligent. It spoke "I want you to obey me." I shook my head "Never! I created you. You should obey me." I was trying to reach the control panel to stop the recording. I finally reached it. But after I was grabbed by metal hands. And tossed across the room. Gabby I'm sorry you were right I love you all. 

Gabby's pov

I started to get myself ready for school. Once I was done I went downstairs. I said goodbye to my mom then headed to school. I was in a bad place at the moment and the only person I wanted to see was Toby. Once I got to school I saw toby waiting for me. "Good morning beautiful." He said greeting me. I smiled running up to him. I hugged him tightly. I wanted to cry so hard right there but I held it in. "Can't breath" he said struggling in my grasp. "Huh? Oh sorry." I let go of him. "No, no its fine. Wait are you ok? Your eyes are watery." I feel warm drops of water rushing down my cheeks. I gasp then cover my mouth trying not to scream and start weeping. I start to feel dizzy. The last thing I see was Toby running towards me, then black. I woke up in a white room. It was really bright. I can barley open my eyes. I can hear a pair of voices in the background. It was all mumbles. The brightness went away when I opened my eyes completely. I hear the faint voices getting louder. "-abby, Gabb, Gabby!" I jump up. "What!" I yell confused. "Gabby!" I hear Toby running over to me. He hugs me. "Toby?" He let's go of me "God Gabby, you scared the living shat out of me." Did he just say shat? He he. I start to laugh at the word shat. "What" he tilted his head. " You said shat." He narrowed his eyes. "Your so immature." I stopped laughing. "Hmmmm yeah but you still love me." I said with a cute tone in my voice. "Yeah" he said blushing. "So where am I?" I say looking around the room. "Oh right, your in the nurses office. I brought you her right after you fainted." Ok that makes sense. The nurse came into the room and broke my thoughts. "Oh good your awake, you've been out cold for awhile." I sat up straight. "How long have I been out?" Toby walks over to me "for about two hours. Mr. Geraci was getting worried." That made me chuckle "he would too." Toby nods "Yeah he would." We laugh together. "I kinda think he's hot." The nurse says quietly. Me and Toby look at her. "Oooooo someone likes Mr. Geraci." I tease. "Umm I said that out loud didn't i" Toby starts to laugh so do I. "Well do you think he likes me?" She says cheerfully. "Probably" I say smiling. "Well are you feeling better Gabby to walk anyway." I nod my head and try to stand. I get off the bed but my legs give out and I fall. Before I fell Toby caught me. "Thanks" He nods "Ya your not ready to leave bed yet. What happened with you anyway?" He says concerned. "I don't know I just did." I answered. "You were probably just dehidrated" I nod "ya that's it probably it." The door slams open. We all turn to the door. "Mr. Geraci?" I say confused. "Oh my God Gabby your ok you gave me a fright." He says hugging me tightly. "Mr. Geraci can breath." Toby chuckles "ha now you know how it feels." I glare at him. Mr. Geraci let's go blushing. "Sorry I was just so worried." I chuckle "I'm sure you were thank you" he nods. "Hello Mr. Geraci" the nurse says walking closer to us. "Hello Ms. Alice." He says cheerfully. I can see the blush on her face. "Um were just going to let you two talk, alone. Come on Gabby." Toby says coming towards me. "Huh? Wait Hey." He picks me up by surprise. I hold on to him tightly try not to fall. Mr. Geraci has a confused face and Ms. Alice has a what are you doing face when I look back. I chuckle and Toby closes the door behind us. I rest my head on his chest. "Here do you want to try to walk again." I nod "Or I can carry you like this for the rest of the day." I blush "I think I can walk now." He sets me on the ground but I collapse in his arms. "Are you sure" he says concerned. "Let me try again." He nods and puts me on my feet. I almost lose my balance a couple times but I get it eventually. "Good girl you got it." He says in a teasing  voice and clapping his hands together. "Ha ha ha very funny." I say. We start to walk around for a bit until we hear an announcement. "Students evacuate the building please go now! Stay safe! Please hurr-" she was cut off. We then hear a bang. What's going on. It starts to get louder. "What the hell was that" someone behind me says. I turn to the hall way to see my all m friends running towards us. "Gabby come on." Natalie yells at me. The doors to each room starts to slam open and several high school kids run out. It starts to turn into a big crowd. I hold onto Tobys hand trying not to lose him. I start running through the crowd trying to get out of it. While running I feel his hand let go. I turn to him and see he's being pushed to the other side. "Toby!" I try to catch him but I'm being pushed the other way. "Gabby!" He yells for me. "Toby!" I yell back to him. I feel someone grab my hand. I look over to see Natalie. "Come on Gabby" she says pulling me towards the entrance. "No Wait I have to find Toby." I look back to where I last saw him. He wasn't there. Oh God. She starts to pull me more. I give in and we start running. "Where are the others?" I yell at her. "There going to meet us in the parking lot." I nod. We finally free our selves from the horror inside. I ran outside and see chaos everywhere. "What the hell is happening." Natalie says scared and confused. We run to the parking lot to see everyone there except Toby. "Guys we have to get out of here." Selena says. "No we need to find Toby." I say. "No we need to get out of here." Laura says. "We don't even know what's going on!" Natalia yells. "Well whatever it is, it looks like all hell broke loses." Megan says. "I'm going to find Toby." I say. "No Gabby your coming with us." Justin grabs my arm. "Let go of me I'm going to find." I say trying to make him let go of me. All he did was tighten his grasp. "What's up with you Gabby this isn't you. Fussing over some guy that doesn't even love you." I turn to him and glare "don't bullcrap me! Even if he doesn't love me I love him and I would do anything for the people I love. You would do the same. Am I wrong?" I say still glaring. He let's go of my arm. "Thank you" I say. "Um guys." We all turn to Diana. She was pointing towards us in fear. We look over. I couldn't believe what I was staring at. Oh God this has to be a dream.
