In shock Cassandra stood on the patio holding LC on her hip. She watched quietly as Odell locked lips with a pretty young woman who she did not recognize.
At first she felt a rush of heartbreaking confusion wash over her. Her husband was kissing another woman, right in front of her, in the back of her own house. This couldn't be real. Could it? Everything had been so much better between them lately. What had just happened??
In one millisecond, they managed to fall apart again, descending quickly into one of the worst places their relationship had ever been. In all the years and with all of the issues that they'd had, Odell never cheated on her. She never even had a suspicion. And she never considered cheating on him. Not even when they were separated. They both admitted to entertaining other people but it had never gone so far as to become physical. Now he was just blatantly disrespecting her like this? It took a few seconds for the devastating situation to sink in. But once it did, she was livid. But realizing she was holding her son, she silently turned back around and walked towards the house before she completely lost her shit.
"Babe..." Odell started after he broke his lips away from Alexa. Roughly he pushed the young woman off of him and ran after his wife.
But undeterred, Alexa followed Odell. "O, I didn't..."
Angrily Odell turned back on Alexa and yelled. "I already told you the deal! Just get your shit and go! You're young. Young enough that Ima overlook you bringing this stupid delusional bullshit you got floating around in yo head into my house! And I wish you blessings in life and the best of luck at everything. But this is done! I mean it! Don't come back here again!"
Odell entered the kitchen without waiting for a response from Alexa. He was met by Tyler who was visiting from Cleveland for a couple of days after rookie mini camp.

He was coming out of the house looking for Odell for his own work out session. "Wassup wit' sissy? She just stormed past me with the baby like she was about to take somebody's head right off they neck."
Tyler switched from wide receiver to cornerback in high school. He ended up following his brother-in-law to LSU and was drafted to the Browns in the second round.
Odell ran his hand through his tangled blond hair anxiously and went towards the refrigerator for something to drink. He needed something real strong though it was only ten o'clock. Not wanting to alarm Cas's little brother, he tried to act nonchalant though his thoughts and heart were running wild. "Wassup Ty? How was camp? You made it through?"
"Yessir. Next season's defense is about to be no joke in Cleveland.. watch out now big bro! Hell if I can guard you and Kordell I can guard anyone," Taylor said confidently.
"I ain't as young as I use to be." Odell chuckled hinting that he wouldn't have been so easily guarded in his prime. They wouldn't be facing each other during the regular season this year since they were in two different conferences. "But we'll see if the shit talking is backed up on the field."
