A month later

Jeff's POV

It has been a month since Trish came in the hospital and she still hasn't woken up I am worried about her also I am still by her side the only time I leave is if I get told to because they need to check on her or if I get hungry or need a drink.

Right now I am by her side my hand is on hers Matt and Lita are at the arena Matt told me that he came up with an excuse to Vince and he believed it.

Jeff: Trish you may not remember me but I promise you that when you wake up I will stay by your side and I will protect you from guys like Leon because you don't deserve to be hurt like this.

I heard footsteps so I removed my hand off Trish's and a nurse walked in she gave me a warm smile.

Nurse: morning Jeff how are you feeling today?

Jeff: I feel okay I just wish Trish would wake up

Nurse: I know sweetie

Jeff: I know she won't know me but I just wish she was here with me so I can help her

Nurse: I know sweetheart but I hate to say that I have to check on her so you will have to go to the lunch room.

Jeff: okay make sure you come to me if anything changes

Nurse: *smiles* I will don't worry Jeff

I walked out of the room and headed to the lunch room to get myself a drink I am still worried about Trish and her health but I am also worried about her memory and what if she never remembers me and if she does get her memory back would she remember what happened to her.

Trish's POV

I opened my eyes and saw white walls and I saw this woman standing by my bed she saw me look at her.

???: well hello sleepy head

Trish: huh? Where am I? Who are you?

???: I am nurse Sophia and sweetheart you are in the hospital

Trish: what happened?

Sophia: maybe this boy can help you

I was confused then she opened the door and a guy with colourful hair walked in I might not know him but I will admit that he is adorable.

Sophia: I'll leave you two alone

???: thank you

The nurse walked out of the room and the boy sat beside me I was confused.

???: how are you Trish?

Trish: who are you? How do you know my name? How do I know you?

I could tell he is heartbroken when I asked him those questions I didn't mean to hurt his feelings.

???: my name is Jeff Hardy and I am your best friend

Trish: oh and I am sorry

Jeff: sorry? Why are you sorry?

Trish: because I can tell that you are heartbroken when I asked those questions I am sorry that I don't remember you I wish I could because you seem like a really nice guy.

Jeff: *small smiles*

Trish: so tell me what happened

Jeff: well you work at the WWE and you are the women's champion

Trish: me?

Jeff: yeah and you are amazing at wrestling

Trish: I am?
