23.Never Say Never

My readers, it's such a blessing to have readers like you. The love you have showered on this book is overwhelming for me. Your comments mean so much to me. I used to hardly get 6 comments in a chapter earlier but now because of you guys I get to witness 100+ comments. Now you all are worried about the coming separation. I wanted to try it out because I hated the way BP had ended that whole Aditya-Rajveer-Zoya fiasco.
I am really nervous about the track that I am going to write and I really want you all to tell me whether it's going in the right way or I need to change it. Also this track was needed to finally make Adiyas bond unbreakable. So let's start and before I forget  , I love you guys.

As Aditya and Zoya drove back home, Zoya couldn't help but notice Aditya's frustrated expression. He was silent the whole way they drove home. As they reached their room , Zoya asked softly "Aditya , aap theek toh hai na?"
He was lost in his own thoughts and suddenly came back and said "Hmm. Main.. haan.. main bilkul theek hoon. Mujhe kya hoga."

Zoya said "Nhi voh aapke chehre se lag rha tha ki aap thode pareshaan se hai. Aapko Sahir se koi dikkat thi kya ?"
Aditya's skin tingled at the mere mention of his name but said "Sahir se ? Pagal ho kya Zoya. Main toh paanch minute ke liye mila tha usse, mujhe kya dikkat hogi. He seems a nice guy."

Zoya smiled and said "He is the best. Humare sabse azeez dost hai voh. Unke jaisa shaks aur dost iss duniya mein ho hi nhi sakta."
Aditya tried to shush the monster that was purring inside him at Sahir's appreciation. He said "Tumko kaafi pasand hai Sahir matlab. Kaise mile tum dono?"

Zoya said "Are humne bataya tha na , kuch saal pehle inse humara nikaah tay hua tha. Humne unko bola ki hum nikaah karne ke liye tyaar nhi hai. Toh unhone humari baat ko samjhi aur abbu ke saamne poora ilzaam apne sar le liya taaki abbu humko kuch bol na paaye. Humare pe unhone itna bada ehsaan kiya toh humne dosti ka haath badaya aur phir humari dosti gehri ho gyi. 2 saal pehle yeh Chennai shift ho gye the lekin we were still in touch. Isliye unko aapke baare mein bhi pata hai. Phir humari shaadi ho gyi aapse toh unse touch choot gya kyunki itna kuch tha humari zindagi mein."

Aditya said "Pehle kabhi bataya nhi tumne iske baare mein."
Zoya said "Haan voh kabhi mauka hi nhi mila. Pichle ek saal se insi baat hi nhi hui toh unka zikr bhi nhi hua. I am very happy though that he is here for 3 months now."
Aditya was shocked and said "Teen mahine ke liye voh yahan hai. Mujhe laga bas aaj ke liye."
Zoya said "Haan unko fashion se related koi kaam hai toh isliye. "
Aditya said "Acha. Zoya..main...na..naha ke aata hoon."
Zoya said "Haan aap jaiye. Aur Aditya.."
He said "Hmm."
She said "Hum aapka kitna bhi shukriya kare kam hoga. Aapne jaise humare dhyaan rakha tha yeh teen chaar din hum kabhi nhi bhoolenge. I am lucky to be your wife. Aur suniye." She threw him a pen drive and he caught it, she said "Ismien humne aapko naagin ke saare episode download kar ke diye hai. Aap TV mein laga kar aaram se dekhiye. Hum aapko disturb nhi karenge." Aditya started laughing and said "Tum meri sabse badi khushi ho Zoya." She smiled and went. Aditya went to have a bath.

His thoughts came to him and said "Adi tujhe itni takleef kis baat se ho rhi hai? Sahir ek acha dost hai sirf. She said she is lucky to be your wife. Tu itna pagal kyun ho rha hai."

He said "Mujhe nhi pata. Bohot uneasy sa lag rha hai. Pyaar karta hoon usse. Agar maine use kho diya toh? Agar voh mujhse pyaar na karti ho toh? Kahin voh humesha se Sahir se hi pyaar karti ho aur yeh shaadi uske liye sirf ek zimmedaari ho?"

His thoughts said "Tune kabhi use apne  saath dekha hai ? Kitni khush hoti hai. Aur usne humesha tere mooh pe bola hai ki voh tujhpe kitna bharosa karti hai , kitni khush rehti hai tere saath and that you were the best thing that happened to her. Agar voh tujhse pyaar nhi karti toh kyun bolti yeh sab. Itna mat soch Adi. These insecurities were what Zoya wanted to remove from your life and she worked so hard to get them out of you. Why are you doing this to yourself and to her?"

Aditya said "Haan baat toh sahi hai. Main bohot zyada soch rha hoon. But still I will be happy when Sahir goes away."

He came down and Zoya served him and herself dinner. He saw that pot was still bubbling away happily. He asked "Zoya usmien kya hai?"
She said "Voh hum Sahir ke liye railway mutton curry bana rhe the. Unko bohot pasand hai humare haath ka mutton. Kal lunch mein hum teeno khayenge yeh."
Aditya said "Acha. That's nice."
Zoya kept on talking about her day while Aditya kept on nodding but he was barely listening. A flashback was playing in his mind

Flashback
Aditya was 20 years old and had come to live with Pooja and Yash. Pooja was telling Aditya "Bhai. There is this one girl in Yash's life whom I very insecure of."
Aditya said "But why?"
Pooja said "I dont know. She was his ex classmate and now they have suddenly got in touch again. All Yash can talk about the whole day is her. He is even making food for her. I hate all this. But I love Yash and I believe him. But this girl in his life is really bumming me out.
Aditya said "Di. Relax. She is just a friend. Dont get so worked up. And you know and trust Yash more than anything else so why are you getting insecure. He is a good man.

But he wasn't. It all started with Yash cooking food for his friend and then ended up cheating his wife because of her. It had all seemed so trivial in the beginning.  But it was because of that girl Pooja had committed suicide and Yash had left Mrinalini."
Flashback Ends

"Aditya aap sun bhi rhe hai jo hum bol rhe hai?" said Zoya.
Aditya said "Haan. Zoya. Mera na pet bhar gya hai. Main sone jaa rha hoon. Tum bhi aa jaao."
Zoya said "Aapki tabiyat toh theek hai na Aditya?
Aditya said "Haan zoya. Bas man nhi kar rha hai aur khane ka."
Zoya said "Theek hai hum bas mutton ko dekh ke aate hai."
Aditya left. He was angry on himself. Why was he relating his ans Zoya's relation with that of Yash and Poojas. Yash was a bastard but his Zoya was the stark opposite of him. How could he even think of Zoya like that? He tried to get rid of his insecurities but they were building up with each passing second. He was scared of himself now.
He crept into the blanket and slept. By the time Zoya came he was fast asleep. She crawled in beside him and hugged him and slept.

In the middle of the night Aditya screamed "Zoyaaaaaa......."
Zoya got up and switched on the lights and said "Aditya..kya hua. Hum yahin hai."
He was sweating and shaking. He had tears in his eyes. He saw Zoya and hugged her tightly. The hug was desperate as if he was clutching on to her with his life and if he let go every thing would fall apart. Zoya stroked his hair and calmed him down and kept whispering "Hum yahin hai Aditya. Aapne bas ek bura sapna dekha hai. Ssshhhh Aditya. Its okay."
He still didnt let go and said "Maine dekha ki tumhe kuch ho gya aur main tumko bacha nhi paaya. Tum mujse gussa thi. Tum mujhe chod ke chali gyi thi aur phir ek accident." He kept on mumbling. Zoya kept consoling him. He then held Zoya's shoulders and said "Vaada karo Zoya,tum mujhe kabhi chod ke nhi jaaogi.  Meri baatein tum ko sahi lage ya galat,tum mere saath rahogi. Tum nhi jaoogi na. Promise me. I won't be able to live without you. Main nhi reh sakta tumhare bina , main mar jaoonga."
Zoya said "Shhhhhh Aditya. Kya bole ja rhe hai aap. Hum aapko chod ke kahin nhi jaayenge, kabhi nhi. Hum aapke saath  humesha rahenge. Aap ke paas. Never will I ever leave you. Ab so jaaiye aaram se."
She kissed him on his forehead and made him lie down. She slept too. But a voice said in Aditya's mind "Voh kehte hai na "Never say never."
Aditya was terrified now and deep down he knew a storm was about to come in their lives.

Precap
The misunderstanding leads to Aditya saying some harsh and unforgivable words to Zoya. Zoya hurts him physically. Zoya leaves Aditya and goes away.
Aditya and Zoya both break down badly.
