When I awoke, I found myself snuggled against Steve's chest with a blanket covering both of us. I looked around the room and saw Natasha had fallen asleep with her head on Clint shoulders. Thor was sleeping holding his hammer like it was a teddy bear which almost made me laugh aloud while Tony and Bruce were both sleeping sprawled across the ground. I found the sight very heartwarming and felt happy for the first time since the war against Gaea. I slowly got up, careful not to wake Steve, and made my way to the kitchen. I felt like cooking instead of using my powers to make breakfast so I quietly began looking for ingredients to make pancakes. I was making my second batch when I heard footsteps approaching. I looked up and saw Steve entering the kitchen.

"Hey, did I wake you?" I asked hoping I didn't. He shook his head.

"No I normally get up around 5 since my time in the military. Do you need any help? I normally make breakfast for the team before you came along with your powers." He said smiling.

"You can take this pan and make eggs." I said handing him a pan and pointing toward the eggs. He quietly got started but after a few moments, he spoke.

" I was quite shock when I found you cooking. I would have expected you to just use your powers again to make breakfast."

"I don't like to make every meal with my powers because I never want to become dependent on them and I find cooking therapeutic so a lot of times it helps me with my memories." I answered placing the last batch of pancakes and the sausage I was also making under a warming power to keep the food fresh. I then took the eggs he made and placed it under the same warming power and turned toward him.

"I knew I would outlive a lot of my friends and people I would consider family since I am immortal. I won't be completely be alone since I would be able to make my future husband immortal with a kiss and a promise. However, if we begin to fall out of love, he would start to age." I said looking at him sadly.

"Can you make people immortal to be your friend or family?" He asked curious.

"I can but they can still be killed by outside forces if they are in a fight or in a car accident. I would only be making them immortal from natural causes of death." I said remembering casting the spell on all the demigods.

"What about you? Can you die from outside forces or are you completely immortal?"
"I can die if I overuse my powers or if my powers are too low to heal the injury. Anyway do you want to go for a run? We have a press conference at 12 and that's normally when I run." I said walking toward the elevator. He followed me.

" Sure lets get changed. I normally do a morning run about this time."

We entered the living room after the run and Steve just collapsed on the couch. The other Avengers were already up when we got back and looked surprised when Steve collapsed on the couch in exhaustion and I was barely breaking a sweat. They looked at me curiously.

"I was up early so me and Steve went for a run." I explained.
" I....normally....only....do.... 7....miles....but....we....did....13." Steve said between breathes. I laughed along with the other Avengers.

"Come on, we need showers before we eat breakfast. If anyone of you touch the food before we come down...." I looked at them with my small glare before dragging Steve toward our floor. I dropped him in his room before heading to my room for a shower. When I got back to the kitchen, I saw none of the food was touched and Steve was looking reenergized.

"You guys can eat. Grab a plate and help yourself." I said not knowing what would happen. Tony and Clint began fighting to get food.  Steve and Thor were also fighting. Bruce and Natasha just grabbed a plate and came to stand near me. Natasha handing me a plate and I smiled at her. I used my powers to snag 2 pancakes each for Natasha, Bruce and myself as well as some eggs and sausage. The other four didn't notice but Natasha and Bruce looked surprised but relieved and went to sit with me at the counter. We watched in amusement as the boys kept fighting over the food throughout the entire meal. Natasha told me during breakfast that they usually trained after breakfast and I should join them so after I cleaned up the dishes, I went to join them.

I came into their training room with my work-out clothes. It was a pair of leggings with my old orange half-blood t-shirt. I was tying my hair up into a messy bun when the others walked in. We partnered up and began some sparring matches. It was quite fun since I haven't trained with actual people in so long unless you count those criminals I fought with. I have been training with summoned skeletons for like the last year.

Too soon, Jarvis announced the press conference that Nick had scheduled to announce my joining of the Avengers would be happening in one hour. That press conference is going to be worse then spending eternity in the Fields of Punishments.
