I'm sitting on Kol's lap next to Klaus as he and Elijah are both looking at books with a dead girl on the coffee table, leaking blood and we hear footsteps and see Rebekah walk in. "So, this is what you do the first time we're back together as a family? Vampire book club?" Rebekah asks as Kol rests his chin on my shoulder, his arms around my waist. "Reading edifies the mind, sister. Isn't that right, Eljah?" Klaus asks, smiling up at Elijah, who doesn't look at him. "Yes, that's quite right, Niklaus." He says, smiling at Rebekah. "And what's this business?" Rebekah asks, gesturing towards the girl on the coffee table. "This is.. a peace offering." Elijah says, waving his hand and we all look at Klaus, who sighs. "I presumed, after so much time desiccating in a coffin, that my big brother and my younger might be a bit peckish." Klaus says. "Well, I'm fine. Thanks for asking." Kol says, sarcastically and I give a small laugh as he kisses my cheek. "And I explained to my little brother that forgiveness cannot be bought. I'd simply prefer to see a change in behavior that indicates contrition and personal growth." Elijah says, clearly annoyed and I see Klaus rolls his eyes. "Not this nonsense." Elijah says, waving his hand at the girl. "Well, I couldn't very well let her go to waste, could I?" Klaus asks, grinning. "Well, I suppose I'll go fetch the rubbish bin, because she's staining a two hundred year old carpet." Rebekah says, walking off, annoyed.

I walk into the kitchen with Elijah to see Hayley digging around in the fridge. "Good morning." Elijah says and she looks up at us, smiling. "Hey." She says and looks back into the fridge as Rebekah opens the double doors that lead to outside, coming in and Hayley looks at her as I hear Elijah open a cabinet. "Listen, I know Adam and I are the only ones in this house that actually drinks milk, but would it kill any of you to make sure it's on the grocery list?" Hayley asks, annoyed and I walk over to her to see we're out of milk. "Damn." I say, sighing. "Speaking of, add bleach." Rebekah says, stomping out of the kitchen as Hayley pulls out a tub of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. "You know, I do hope my siblings were hospitable to you in my absence." Elijah says and she pulls out a German Chocolate Cake box that you cook in the oven, reading the instructions. "In your absence, as you like to call it.. which is a way too polite way of saying that your brother put a dagger in your heart and Kol's.." She says as he comes over with two bowls, spoons and a cereal bag in one of them, taking the freezer stuff from Hayley. "Adam and I have been attacked by French Quarter vampires, I've had to live in a house with a secret dungeon full of coffins, and we were nearly murdered by witches who are convinced my baby is Lucifer." She says, turning around as Elijah pulls out milk and orange juice from the fridge, making breakfast for us both; pouring cereal and then adding milk. "Oh.. milk." Hayley says, sighing. "They've been.. fine.." She says and he looks up at us. "Your siblings are weirdly protective, I know I have you to thank for that." She says. "I'm just happy to see that you both are in one piece." Elijah says and hands us our bowls. "So, back to the murderous witches. I have some concerns." He says, handing us our spoons and I take a bite of my cereal. "Mm. Good cereal." I say, smiling and he smiles back. "They're evil. And, my life is still magically linked to Sophie Deveraux, which is not comforting." Hayley says, worriedly, shaking her head. "Yes, I think it's time we took care of that little problem." Elijah says and we hear footsteps and look at Rebekah, dragging the dead girl across the floor. "I am all for it. As soon as they're unlinked, we get to leave this crap town. Who do we have to kill?" She asks. "Probably no one." Elijah says as we look as Rebekah drags out the body. "All right. Potentially everyone." Elijah says, putting the milk away and Hayley and I smile at each other.

I'm with Hayley as she screams and touches her neck to see a little bit of blood on her finger as a mark on her neck is starting to heal itself and we see Rebekah rush in. "What happened?" I ask, confused and concerned. "What the hell was that?" Rebekah asks, unnerved. "Hell if I know. It felt like I was being stabbed." Hayley says and we all look at each other. "The witches. They must have done something." I say. "Something wicked this way comes." Rebekah says. "Shit." We all say at the same time.
