We're at a dinner table as Klaus is clinking his glass, about to make a speech as Marcel and his ex-vampire army; now Klaus' are at the table with us and I'm in between Kol and Hayley and Klaus stands up, holding his champagne glass. "Let us begin with a toast to our shared gift. Immortality. After a thousand years, one might expect life to be less keenly felt, for its beauties and its sorrows do diminish with time. But, as vampires, we feel more deeply than humans could possibly imagine." He says and signals two fingers for the compelled humans in tuxedos to come forth, standing in between two vampires each. "Insatiable need, exquisite pain.." Klaus says as they adjust their sleeves, pull out knives and cut both of their wrists, pouring their blood into bowls. "Our victories, and our defeats. To my city, my home again. May the blood never cease to flow.." Klaus says and Marcel raises his glass. "And the party never end." He says and they smile at each other, seeing Marcel look at Diego, who raises his glass. "To New Orleans." He says. "To New Orleans." Klaus says and the other vampires join in and they sip from their glasses, including Kol. "I understand that some of you may have questions regarding the recent change in leadership, and I invited you here tonight to assure you that you are not defeated. No, my intentions moving forward are to celebrate what we have. What Marcel, in fact, took.." Klaus says, looking at Marcel and starts walking around, resting a hand on Marcel's shoulder. "And built into this.. a true community of vampires." He says, smiling and walks back to his seat. "What about them?" Diego asks, pointing at Hayley and I. "The wolf and phoenix?" He asks and she and I both glare at him. "Had you'd let me finish, Diego, you would know that there is, of course, one further matter I would like to address." Klaus says, walking over to Hayley and I with his glass. "As many of you know, the girl is carrying my child and the boy is an old friend and is the boyfriend of my brother Kol. Consequently, I trust you will all pay them the appropriate respect. However, I understand that some of you are concerned by this vicious rumor that I intend to use the blood of our child to create hybrids. I assure you I do not." He says, resting a hand on Hayley's shoulder, who fake smiles. "Father of the Year." She says, sarcastically and he walks away from her. "It appears I will have to earn your trust. Very well. We'll eliminate the root of your anxiety." He says, making his way back to his seat. "You see, how I can I sire any hybrids if there are no more werewolves alive in the Bayou to turn?" He says and Hayley and I look at each other and back to him. "What? Klaus, no." I say, shaking my head and he ignores me. "So eat, drink, and be merry. And, tomorrow, I suggest you have yourselves a little wolf hunt. Go ahead, have fun. Kill them all." He says, smiling.

I'm walking with Hayley as we're trying to get away from our vampire bodyguards as Kol went to the mansion after Rebekah texting him about a moving truck. "Going somewhere?" Diego asks, appearing in front of us with a drink in hand, blocking our way and Elijah throws him against a wall, knocking him unconscious. "Elijah, you shouldn't be here. Klaus has his guys watching us." I say and we see him shrug. "I wouldn't worry about them." He says and we turn around to hear groans from behind us and see Kol and Rebekah walk out of the shadows. "Come, we mustn't linger. We'll get you both some place safe." Elijah says as we look at him and he starts walking off with Kol and Rebekah. "No, you don't have to worry about us. We're fine. We've been deemed under protection by the almighty Klaus. It's the werewolves who need help." Hayley says and Elijah steps forward. "He ordered a wolf hunt as some jacked-up peace offering to Marcel's crew. You have to help them." She says. "Out in the Bayou? Do we look like a bloody vampire rescue squad? I think you two should be grateful we came to save you." Rebekah whispers. "Listen. Rebekah. All my life, I've wanted to know who my real family was, and just as I find out that they're out there in the Bayou, Klaus orders them killed." Hayley says and we look at Elijah and Kol. "You wanna help me? Help my people." She says. "Please." I say and Kol, Klaus and Elijah look at each other, sighing.

Hayley and I hear Josh, Klaus' new vampire and Davina, the Harvest Witch talking about Klaus in the Compound's Garage. "It's okay. You can trust Marcel. And if Klaus tries to hurt you, I'll hurt him." Davina says and we walk out of the shadows. "I'm sure if you could actually stop Klaus, you would've done it already." Hayley says and leads against the stone wall, crossing her arms. "You're Hayley. Klaus' wife and Adam, Kol's boyfriend." Davina says. "And Hayley and I are siblings." I say as Hayley looks appalled by Davina's statement. " Ew, no! Never. I'm the pregnant werewolf." Hayley says, uncrossing her arms as we walk down the steps to Josh and Davina. "And you must be all-powerful superwitch, Davina. And let's not forget Josh, newbie vampire way out of his element, voted 'Most Likely to Die Next.'" Hayley says. "Oh, fantastic." Josh says, nodding nervously. "It's ok, you'll get used to it." I say, giving a small laugh as Hayley puts her hands up. "Hey, I'm just another one of Klaus' prisoners. Of course, it would suck if he found out you're still lurking around. Maybe there's a world where we can all look out for each other. The four of us." She says.

It's nighttime as Hayley and I walk into to the Compound's living room to see Klaus as he's sitting down in a chair with a book. "Those werewolves you ordered killed, that's our family." Hayley says, referring to me as well as I have my arms crossed. "Not for long, luvs." He says, looking up at us. "I mean, this so-called family of yours, they haven't done you much good, have they?" He asks as we avoid his gaze. "You said it yourself, Hayley. They abandoned you and left you on your own. Now it's simply your turn to do the same." He says and we look back at him. "Maybe they had their reasons." Hayley says and Klaus stands up quickly after closing the book, angry. "Yes, well, I have reason too, Little Wolf and Smartass. If the werewolves are dead, then the vampires have less desire to kill you both. I am trying to keep you both safe. Not that either of you appreciate the effort." He says. "And as soon as I have this baby, what happens to me then?" She asks and we all stand there awkwardly. "Right." Hayley says as I give a small sigh and she gulps. "Right... Well, lucky for me, I have a little while before I find out." She says, smirking bitterly. "And, in the meantime, I will find a way to pay you back for this. As long as I'm in the family, you can't do a damn thing about it." She says and walks off. "Hayley." I say, sighing as I go after her after Klaus nods at me.

I follow Hayley up the stairs as Davina is in her new bedroom, searching through boxes. "What are you looking for?" I ask as we walk in. "My violin. I must have left it in the attic." Davina says. "So just go get it." Hayley says and Davina looks up at us. "I can't. It's not safe for me out there." She says and goes back to looking in her boxes. "Funny, I was under the impression everyone was afraid of you." Hayley says, crossing her arms. "Me, too. Shattering church windows, sounds totally badass." I say, smiling and Davina looks at us, sighing. "The witches are after me." She says and goes back to her searching. "You mean that crazy witch, Agnes? Yeah, she tried to kill me, too. The thing is, she's dead." Hayley says and Davina looks back up at us. "Elijah killed her." She says and Davina shakes her head in disbelief and stands up. "But.. Agnes was the last living Elder. If she's dead, then I'm safe. Marcel would've told me." Davina says, walking over to us. "Maybe he didn't wanna lose his secret weapon against the witches?" I ask and Davina gives a light chuckle. "You two are lying." She says and turns around to walk away from us. "Why would we lie to you?" Hayley asks and Davina turns around. "Because you want something from me. Everyone does." She says. "Do we want something from you? Yeah, Davina, actually, we do. Thanks to your friend Marcel, most of our family is cursed. They're stuck in their wolf form, except on a full moon. Now, we're smart enough to know that every curse has a loophole. And, well, you're the strongest witch I've ever heard of. But I wouldn't lie to you to get what I want. We'd ask you. I guess that's the difference between Marcel and us." Hayley says. "Not to mention Esther. The Mikaelsons Mother, turned them into vampires, came back, long story." I say, nodding and Hayley and I turn to leave.
