2:10: Boundary

I arrive with Hayley to her bedroom to meetup with Jackson as he's reading about the Wedding Unification Ceremony and turns around to smile at us, a little awkwardly. "Hey! Thanks for meeting us here." Hayley says. "Heh, I ask you to marry me, you take off for three days! Good thing I'm a secure guy.. sort of." He says. "Oh, so he's not the only one getting married soon?" I ask, smiling at her and back to him. "I'm getting married to Kol. But we haven't set a date yet. Not until we get him back in his Original body." I say, giving a small nod. "Oh, uh, congrats, I guess." He says, rubbing the back of his neck. "Thanks." I say. "So, you ready to do this thing? Get hitched? Take the plunge? Slap on the old ball and chain?" Hayley asks him and he laughs. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! It's not that simple. It's a mystical Unification Ceremony. It's not like we can just go to Vegas." He says, walking over to us. "Right." Hayley says and walks past him to sit in the chair next to the balcony. "Look.. as long as the werewolves need those rings, they'll be under the witches' control." Jackson says and we sit on the couch, facing her. "Now, if we wanna change that, we gotta do this by the book. Literally." He says, holding up the book and opens it, flipping to the right page. "We have to find a shaman who can perform the ceremony, trials to endure, devotion rituals.." He says and Hayley looks overwhelmed. "Devotion rituals?" She asks and Jackson laughs nervously. "Try not to sound too excited." He says and she smiles at us. "I'm sorry, this just all sounds very, um.." She says, looking for a word. "Intimate?" I ask and she nods. "Yeah. It's a marriage. Look, I know we're kinda diving into this thing, but.. I think it's cool." Jackson says, smiling. "I'm looking forward to the 'getting to know you' part. Because I want to know you. You and your smartass witch brother." He says and I give a small laugh. "They're here." Hayley says, smiling. "Who?" I ask, confused. "Come see." She says and gets up and turns to walk off and we follow her to the Courtyard Balcony to see Aiden, the werewolf who tried to stop us when we rescued Oliver, talking with Jerick. "What's Jerick doing here?" He asks as we see a bunch more wolves behind them. "Aiden rounded up the most influential wolves so they can talk." Hayley says. "About what?" I ask, confused and she looks out into the Courtyard, nodding and looks back to us. "About them." She says, smiling and we look out into the Courtyard to see Marcel and his vampires walking in and see Jerick walking over with his wolves to Marcel's vampires.

I walk into Kol's and my shared room to see Klaus holding a bottle of absinthe, smiling and Kol is hanging up clothes and we look at him. "I brought you something in honor of your return to the fold. I believe it's your favorite, or, at least, it used to be. La Fée Verte." Klaus says, laughing as Kol takes the bottle. "Ding dong. Wow. The witch is dead. Or undead." Kol says and we all laugh. "Whichever." He says. "Guess it's a Christmas miracle after all." I say, smiling. "Cheers." He says and the bottle breaks as we all look at each other. "Don't look at me." I say and we see Finn walk in. "Where is she?" He asks. "Finn. Please, join us. My, my, you look peaky." Klaus says and turns to Kol and I. "Doesn't he look peaky?" He asks. "He does look peaky." Kol says. "Very peaky." I say. "You feeling all right?" Klaus asks. "Don't make me ask again." Finn says, unamused. "Well, I assume you're referring to our mother. Fear not, she's tucked away somewhere perfectly safe. You'll never find her." Klaus says and Finn smiles at us. "You think you've won. Let's see how long that arrogance lasts, brother." Finn says, smirking and turns away from us and walks off.

Klaus is trying to put his hand out the window after Finn puts a boundary spell around the entire Compound and it burns his skin, retreating his hand back and Kol walks in. "Did he really just trap us in here?" He asks as we turn around to look at him. "He certainly did. Which means we have a witch problem. You two are witches Fix it." He says and starts walking past us. "And what the bloody hell do you want us to do about it? There's no telling what could go wrong if Adam uses magic to break us all out. We all could explode, literally." Kol says and Klaus turns around to look at us. "Well, considering the crowd, I think you'll be more motivated to find a solution. After all, I can easily out-wait our brother's antics. You, on the other hand, might find yourself looking rather appetizing to some of our fellow prisoners, Kol." He says, smiling. "I'm gonna need some help." Kol says.
