CHAPTER 2: FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
~
I fix my thick glasses and started reading the book. I'm wearing my thick glasses wherever I go which is not really suitable for me----for reading purposes lang naman siya.
"Kyahh! Ang pogi niyaa!"
"Omyghad! Harlee!"
"I love you baby ko"
"Anakan moko please"
Ohh shocks! Ang ingay! I couldn't concentrate on what I was reading because of their damn noise. Bakit ba sila nagtitilihan? May artista ba? Asan? Pati ba naman dito ang ingay.
I curiously raised my head to looked who it was. Nagulat ako nang makita ang kaniyang mukha. Ghad! He's..he's freaking handsome.
I bowed my head and pretend that I was reading.
"Is this a vacant seat, Miss?" he asked. I slowly raised my head---I was surprised to see that he was now in front of me, smiling.
"A-ah yes." I nodded shyly.
"Can I seat? If it's okay with you?" he asked, his voice was goddamn sexy.
"A-h suree! Why not." I answered, and my voice was not as steady as I wanted it to be. Nauutal ako.
Umupo siya sa katabi kong upuan.
"What's your name by the way?" tanong niya habang nakatingin saakin.
Is he really asking my name? Wahhh!
"Cassidy." I mumbled, lost in thought.
"I see. How about you little boy?"
"Crystan po" my brother said in a manner voice.
"Hmm Nice name kiddo." sabi niya habang nakangiti.
"I'm not a kid anymore kuya." my brother insisted while pouting his lips.
"Okay, if you say so." napangiti naman yung kapatid ko. "By the way, I'm Harlee drix Thompson, but you can call me Harlee." he said with a beatific smile.
"Your hands are wet." he demanded. Binitawan ko agad ang kamay niya. Damn! Nakakahiya. Baka sabihing ang dugyot kong babae.
"Sorry." I said, and bow my head---I felt embarassed. Damn!
"No. It's okay." I raised my head, he was now smiling at me -- as if it was just nothing to him. "Look! Hindi ako nandidiri sa kamay mo. Ang lambot nga e." he added, trying to explain clearly.
