King from another Era

Agad silang yumuko at lumuhod sa harapan ko kaya mas nagulat ako at napalayo sa kanila.

"Pardon us for intruding, My Lady. I am General Mason Hence III" saad nang lalake na napakatangkad. He really looks like a General just from the muscle on his body. Just one look and you can tell that he's a brute. And I can also tell that they are NOT from this Era.

From the way they dress up to their posture. Who even dressed like a freaking knight on this year? And this so called General Mason have a freaking sword hanging on his hips! While the other one, who looks more gentle and understanding wore a cape and a more formal suit.

"How nostalgic" I whispered at napaluha na naman ako. I remembered that Banana wants to have a sword too. If he's here then I'm sure that he will steal that sword on his hips.

I'm not that shocked to know that they're from another Era dahil nasanay na ako kay Banana. But what Era did they came from?

"My Lady, I am a loyal servant to the crown. I serve no one else but to his Highness. I'm Prince Laboure Ynav II. Advisor of his Highness, King Shoddy Banana" pormal na pagpapakilala nya. So, he's a prince that's why he looks so gentle and he's not that muscular.

"May you live a thousand years, My Lady" usal nilang dalawa and up until now ay nakaluhod pa din sila.

"You knew Banana" wala sa sariling usal ko at agad akong namutla. Why are they here? Are they going to get Banana back to their kingdom? It might be that since it's not normal for a high standing officials on the past Era to leave their Kingdom without any valid and urgent reason "Why are you here?" Kinakabahang tanong ko.

"My Lady, we serve under his name. He is the King on Oink Era" sagot ni General Mason and he even maintained his stoic expression.

"Answering to you, My Lady. We can't disclose any information. But for your convenience, we are here to do our mission. And as you can see, we came from Oink Era" Prince Laboure answered at tumayo na sila. Napansin ko din na bahagya pa silang napatingin sa tyan ko kaya napayuko nalang ako at hindi na ako nagsalita pa.

"My Lady, please pardon me for being bold enough to question you but may I ask where is his Highness King Shoddy Banana? I'm sure that he stayed here for a long time but after we've searched this entire mansion we can't still find him" magalang na usal nya kaya agad nangunot ang nuo ko.

"He moved out of my house months ago" napabuntong hininga sila dahil sa sagot ko "He doesn't know that you're going here?" Tanong ko pa. It's weird. His subordinates should inform him of their every movements.

"My Lady, we've sent him our message that we're going here through our presence. I'm sure he felt that. He was supposed to stay in one place only! We've already talked about this shit back in the palace! He knew that once we're here we cannot feel his presence again! He's going to make us chase him!" Inis na sabi nya and he kicked the table.

"That damn King! He never failed to give us some trouble!" Dagdag nya pa saka sya natigilan nang napansin nya na nakatitig lang kami ni General Mason sa kanya.

"Pardon me for showing such disgraceful act" malumanay na sabi pa nya at nag iwas sya nang tingin.

"It looks like you're really close to each other. I think your relationship was more than servant and master" from the way he talked there's no doubt na magkakaibigan din sila.

"Can you tell me what Shoddy looks like when he's at Oink Era?" Napayuko ako dahil sa tanong ko. I just want to know him more kahit hiwalay na kami. I really miss him.

"You're right, My Lady. Our relationship was more than servant and master because we grew up together" Prince Laboure answered at umupo na naman sya sa countertop.

"His Highness, King Shoddy Banana was a troublemaker. He never listened to Prince Laboure's advice" sagot ni General Mason.

"And he's undeniably a happy go lucky guy. He's always hiding from us whenever he was required to attend a meeting. And when we scold him he will just laugh his ass out and he will run and hide again. It was always like that. We look more like a nanny than what we should supposed to be" masayang nag ku-kwento si General at napaiyak naman ako. Banana was always like that when he's with me too. I want to hear him laugh again.

"And don't forget that he ignored us when we've sent our presence here!" Napahampas pa si Prince Laboure pagkatapos nyang sabihin yon.

Hindi ko naman sya masisisi dahil makulit naman talaga si Banana.

"Why are you crying, My Lady?" Tanong ni General and it seems like he's clearly bothered with my foolishness. Umiling lang ako kaya agad silang nag iwas nang tingin.

"Why are you avoiding my gaze?" Tanong ko at muli ko na namang pinunasan ang luha ko. Am I that disgraceful? Maybe alam na din nila ang naging relasyon namin ni Banana at alam na rin nila na nabuntis ako nang iba.

Agad naman silang yumuko at lumuhod.

"Pardon us, My Lady! We didn't mean to offend you. We, A humble servant to the crown cannot just take a look at you so casually" nagpapanic na sagot nila.

"How come?"

"It was a serious crime to meet the gaze of the royal family. Doing such thing means challenging the authority and power of the royal blood" paliwanag ni General Mason.

"We begged your pardon, My Lady. Such blasphemy to the crown will mark anyone who dared to do so, a traitor. Such offence was punishable by execution" even the prince bow down to me?

"Why are you acting like that in my presence? I'm not born in the Royal family and I will never be a part of it" tumayo sila pagkatapos ko itong sabihin.

"I'm sorry. As the Advisor of his Highness, King Shoddy Banana. I cannot disclose those information to anyone without the consent of his highness" I can feel the authority on his voice kaya hindi ko na ipinagpilitan pang mag tanong. He's just doing his duty and who am I to question them?

I'm already shameful enough to even talk to them. What would they do to me if they found out that I made their friend cry?

"My Lady. Do you know where our King was? We really need to find him as soon as possible because we don't have enough time left" kinakabahan na usal ni Prince Laboure. This may be the last time I could help Banana and his subordinates kaya sinamahan ko silang pumunta sa bahay ni Anika.

Tumalikod ako sa kanila at muli na namang pumatak ang luha ko. And this might be the last time that I can see Shoddy. I knew, they were really taking him back kahit hindi nila sabihin sa akin.
