Dianne's POV:

Blackpool. What more do I need to say - okay let's face it probably quite a bit...

It's fair to say that last weekend had its ups and its downs, but in the long run it was everything I could have ever hoped Blackpool would be for me, and more. The dance that both Joe and I had worked tirelessly on, over -lets face it - a real shit show of a week, was perfect. Not one, or two but THREE tens. After the scores I was given last year, a 10 was all I ever wanted to earn from my choreography, and to get 3 with Joe all at once was a dream. When I saw the tears form in his eyes, I couldn't help but feel my heart burst with joy. Not only because it's so rewarding for a teacher to see a student love what they are doing, but also because it showed me a different side to Joe that I can't help but fall in love with him more because of. Joe's sensitive side was something that I knew not many people got to see, yet equally his boyish charm and child like qualities make him seem ridiculously attractive to me.

Everything about Blackpool highlighted the millions of reasons as to why I love my job. Not only do I get to meet and work with some of the most talented and amazing people on the planet, but I also get to earn money and life experiences doing what I love. For all the long hours of training and the inevitable wear and tear on my body as I get older, my job is so rewarding that all the pain and time away from my family and friends whilst I am on tour is worth it all, just to see the smiles of people in an auditorium whilst I perform.

But as of right now, I am more than happy being were I am. Having done the choreography for next weeks dance, I decided to come round Joe's with some red wine and a take away pizza for some time to relax with my boyfriend. With half a bottle drank between us, and the pizza consumed, Joe and I sat together on his sofa, his legs stretched out in front of him, and my head rested gently on his chest, with one of his strong arms wrapped around my back, absentmindedly running circles along my skin. I felt myself doze off, using Joe's warm body as a blanket, cushion and hot water bottle all in one - culminating in the best sleep I have had in what felt like years. I hadn't felt this way since Anthony had left for Australia all those months ago.

I eventually felt Joe shuffle beneath me, but I refused to be taken out of the worlds most comfortable sleep - I felt Joe's strong arm wrap around my back more, and his other arm wrap underneath my legs. Lifting me up, I opened my eyes gently to see Joe looking where he was going. I took the moment to take in his features, his strong jaw - that always had the finest layer of stubble on it,  his soft hair flopping gently over his forehead - I never thought hair did anything for me when it came to guys, but Joe's always made me feel - in all honesty - like I wanted to jump on him. And finally his big blue eyes, which even in the dim lighting of his apartment, were like crystals. Any time that Joe ever looked at me I couldn't help but feel like the luckiest girl in the world. It can make training with him difficult at times. Whenever he looks at me my instant thought is always just 'wow' - which is never helpful when I get lost in his eyes rather than in the music and movement of a dance that I really should be focusing on. As I closed my eyes again and snuggled back into his chest I instantly fell back into a deep slumber - never wanting to wake up again.

But that is not how life works.....

A/N Hey people - so I know that this was waaaay shorter than I usually make chapters, but I just wanted to mix it up a bit - I'm working on an idea right now for a really good quality chapter, to come next. Seeing as this took like a week for me to actually write, I will try to get that up for tomorrow. Hope that you guys are loving reading this as much as I am writing it. xxxx
