This is the sequel to my fanfiction Bloodlust, based on the book series "The Mortal Instruments" by Cassandra Clare. The characters are hers, not mine.
This book follows on from the City of Lost Souls and therefore contains huge spoilers for the series. Proceed with caution if you haven't finished the series so far. Also, due to the fact this story focuses primarily on Alec, some details from the Lost Souls have been altered to make this story better.

Synopsis:
Alec is back together with Magnus, living in the apartment, and life seems to be going his way. That is, until he receives a phone call that turns everything upside down.
With love - and life - on the line, Alec will need to stand up and fight, and will find that help is sometimes found in the most unlikely of places.
