Hyperion Heights, Seattle...
Henry: After knowing Lucy was in the hospital, our instincts took over our actions in an apace, there was no time to think, breathe or speak. The four of us went to Amy's car and she drove through the cold foggy streets, taking us to where my fairytale daughter awaited, in a coma.
Ivy felt the same pain as I did. It's our fault. That was the easiest way to blame someone after what happened. Were we selfish to follow our heart? A while ago, it seemed like the right thing to do, because when we don't, we waste our years in a shallow lie not worth breathing in.
"It's not our fault, Henry, it's Victoria's." My girlfriend reminded me, wisely. The villain in all of this was the deranged woman who didn't meet end to her wicked deeds, but all means to justify her only goal of awakening Anastasia.
When Amy arrived at the white building, we ran inside and begged every nurse and doctor we could find to take us to Lucy's bedroom.
We finally met our destination, that's when Jacinda lost all the tears she kept holding during our trip to the hospital, for as we traveled to the hospital, there wasn't even time to cry, to breathe, only to think about how, why, when, did that terrible thing happen.
"Oh, baby..." The brunette whispered under her breath, as she met her daughter's sleeping body. "Mommy is right here, babe, it's gonna be okay." She promised as tears wrinkled her face.
Without even thinking and out of paternal instinct, I came closer to Jacinda and my hand met Lucy's.
"Henry, oh my God!" Jacinda cried for help, hugging my body instantly. We were acting as the ordinary fairytale family we were without even thinking.
"It's gonna be okay." I promised, just like I used to, back in the Enchanted Forest, a million times, even when I knew things were too bleak to meet the light.
Ivy and Amy stared at the heartbreaking scene from behind the mirror, the ink haired girl's eyes also drowned in tears, as she saw how terrible it was to lose a child to peril and that that fate could still be our Clara's.
The amber eyed girl's hands met her belly, in a dying effort to calm the baby down, and hold on to the hope that not only Lucy would be okay, but all the rest.
"How could something like this happen?" Amy asked, still shocked by the idea of losing her granddaughter to a cursed like sleep.
"Victoria..." Ivy mumbled under her breath, already feeling her blood boil from everything that was going on.
"Your mother did this?"
"Of course, she stole Lucy's belief to wake up Anastasia, I'm sure she finally found her way to her sweet daughter's body."
"We shouldn't trust Baron Samdi." Amy judged our plan to find leverage against Victoria, dealing with a demon to defeat the devil.
"We had no other choice. Now, we need to find Victoria and put an end to all of this, even if it means killing her."
"Hey, no, Ivy, you're not thinking straight."
"I'm sorry...I just..."
"It's okay, I know how this all feels, but all curses can be broken and we will save Lucy."
"How?! We don't have magic and the only way to get our hands in some is if we break the dark curse, something you've been trying to do for the last six months and with no success."
"I know, but I'm almost finishing my memory potion."
"Memory potions won't do us any good, we need magic!"
