The plane had successfully stopped and the pilot with the help of air attendants tried to calm down the situation. "Ladies and gentlemen, please, calm down, we are safe. Please follow the air attendants to the emergency exits. Please don't panic" he said with a voice almost crackling from anxiety. The pilot seemed pretty shocked, but he got everything under control.

I followed Jasmine and Jayden outside, moving silently towards the emergency exits. The shock I was in, started to fade away as every passenger and we were safe on the ground. Nobody got hurt, everything was fine. "Nobody is hurt, everything is fine" I murmured to myself. "What was that? Are you talking to yourself now?" were the words that came out of Jayden's mouth, standing there with a stupid smirk on his face. I ignored him with a small grunt and kept walking towards the exit, how can he be so calm?

Everyone was out of the airplane, everyone was safe, we were safe. I turned towards my friend, almost out of breath. "So now what?". Jasmine seemed skeptical for a few seconds and said with a lost-in-her-thoughts face "Well, we can always head inside and take another plane, right?". Both me and Jayden nodded. "Yeah, probably. I mean that is the fastest way" Jayden said, with a small shrug. But we all agreed that is the best way to proceed, so we headed towards the inside of the airport.

It took me a moment to realize that the airspace was empty, completely empty. Apart from our plane and the passengers who had just got off the plane, there was no one else. Not a bus to pick us up, not firemen or police on the scene, no one to see if there were any survivors left from the almost crashed plane.

The pilot was the last to leave the wrecked plane, he was still trying to calm the other passengers. "I will try to communicate with the inside of the airport..." and then he stopped. So did the other passengers, their voices and screams all gone total silence. It was asphyxiating and creepy. I took a look around, everyone was frozen, like the time has paused for good. Even the smoke going up from the plane did stop.

I turned towards Jayden. "What is this?" I gasped getting overwhelmed by anxiety and stress again. "Is it Mekhi?" I almost screamed. Jayden and Jasmine looked as much confused as I was, they have never seen anything like this. "I...I don't know" Jayden said, almost embarrassed for not knowing. Jasmine stood there in silence, trying to figure out what was going on and I was getting more and more stressed, I felt like everything was blacking out, I couldn't think. My head was hurting so much like someone left a ton of metal on the top of my head.

We were all on edge, first the plane crash and now this? This was getting out of hand. "What do we do Jayden? What do we do?" I turned to Jayden, obviously out of control. Before I could finish my second sentence, we looked around us, our feet were covered in mist. A thick layer of mist, going towards the plane, like the tidal waves, closing in faster and faster.

"Bella, Bella...I expected more of a challenge. Mehki may have me a little bit more hyped than he should have.". Those were the words we heard through the mist. A deep voice, almost soothing, if we weren't surrounded by a cloud of mist, frozen in time. We desperately started to look left and right, but there was no one. "Reveal yourself..." Jayden screamed. "As you wish" the soothing voice was everywhere like it was speaking directly into our minds.

Through the mists, a black man appears, with white short hair and a clean-shaved face. The man was dressed in a black suit, a white shirt, and a red tie. He was like the owner of the airport, such a powerful figure. He stood there with his hands wide open. "Duh-duh" he whispered with an evil smile on his face.

We almost jumped out of our fear. "Who...who are you?" Jasmine spoke hoarsely.

The man stood there, with the same smile drawn upon his face. He spoke slowly, with confidence in his voice. "My name is...Nyog'Sotheth, or as mortals refer to me 'The Nameless Mist'.
