"Next week today, we decided if we want to stay married." I tell Grace over the phone.

"So you talk to him." She says.

"How do you start that kind of conversation?" I say opening the fridge.

"You sit him down and bring it up!" She replies practically yelling.

"That's weird!" I yell back pulling some left overs from dinner out of the fridge.

"No it's not! Your over thinking this! Like everything"

"Oh shut up!" I tell her.

"Bitch, you know I'm right." She replies.

I sigh. "Unfortunately." After a long pause I hear a door open and close in the background.

"Tom is home with dinner. I'll call you later." Tiffany says.

"Bye Grace." I hang up and look to the sky. "Marylinn, What would you do?"

Just then Daniel comes down the stairs and into the kitchen. He kisses me on the cheek and has a big smile on his face.

"Someone's in a good mood." I comment.

"I sure am!" He says. I laugh.

"What you got planned for today?" I ask him putting the left overs in the microwave.

"I'm going to the studio to record some stuff. I won't be out late. Maybe till 3 at the latest. Then I want to talk to you about something." He says.

"About?"

"Wouldn't you like to know?" He says and kisses me on the nose.

"You can't do that to me! It could be anything!" I complain. He grins.

"Anything and everything." He says. A car horn can be heard honk. "I got to go, to but I'll see you later!" He head to the front door. "I love you!" He yells as he opens the door.

"Love you too!" I yell back. The door slams shut and I hear it lock. "I love you, but sometimes you really annoy me!" I say under my breath.

*time skip to when Daniel comes home*

I sit down on the couch and so does he.

"I think I might know what this is about." I say.

"What do you think?" He asks.

"About decision day." I say.

"Yes. And I wanna speak my peace." I nod and he continues, "I want to stay married." I wait for him to say more but he doesn't. His expression grows worried as I don't respond.

I laugh. "Me too." We both laugh. "I though you were going to say more." I say.

"Oh," he hits his forehead, "should have made that more clear."

"You think?" I say. I crawl on the couch over to Daniel and I kiss him. "Love you."

"Love you too."
