13. Kiss and Tell

Jade's POV

"Now, Miss Thirlwall. Care to explain why Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson got into a fistfight this morning?" Mr. Warner asked me. "Sure. Well first, Jesy and I had been dating. Then about a week and a half ago, Jesy cheated on me. I went over to Leigh-Anne's house after I caught Jesy. Then I spent the night over at her house." I explained. "Miss Thirwall, I hate to interrupt but what does that have to do with today's fight?" Mr. Warner asked.

"I was just telling you how it all started." I said. "Oh, okay, continue." "Alright. So yesterday morning, Jesy wrote a note saying that she regretted the fact that she cheated. This was a problem for me because Leigh likes me and I was going to agree to go out with her. I tried to tell Jesy this but she said that she was gonna fight for me. Leigh heared my conversation with Jesy and she got upset which led to the fight." I finished.

"Oh. So Miss Pinnock heard the conversation?" Mr. Warner asked. "Yes sir." "Okay. Thank you Miss Thirlwall. I'll write an email to your teacher and I will let him know why you were late to class." Mr. W said. "Thank you." I waved goodbye and left.

*skipping to the end of the school day*

Instead of riding home with Leigh or Jesy, I decided to ride the bus so I could clear my head. I sat in my usual seat, seat 17, and listened to my music while I texted Perrie.

J - Jade, P - Perrie

P: hey what did Mr. Warner want from you?

J: he wanted to know why Leigh & Jesy fought today.

P: he must have heard the rumor about the fight.

J: yeah I guess so.

P: did you get in any trouble?

J: no

P: thats good :)

I continued to text Perrie until I had nearly missed my bus stop. Maybe I should stop texting now. I thought to myself.

*3 days later* (A/N: probably should have warned you about the time skipping. sorry guys. please forgive me :)

I'm so glad it's finally Friday. This week has been crazy.

Leigh & Jesy fighting. Mr. Warner watching me like a hawk. It was too much for one week.

I was waiting for the bell to ring for 1st block. Because of Tuesday's event, I was sitting in the cafeteria instead of standing outside. I sat with my old friend Nicole Landry, a shy girl with dirty blonde hair and big glasses. "Hey Jade. How you been? It's been a while since we talked last." Nicole (aka Nicki) said.

"I've been good and I have to agree." I said. "You know what we should do?" Nicki asked. "Exchange numbers so we can keep in touch?" I replied. "Exactly!" Nicki jumped up and down. That's what we did.

Perrie and I were once again sitting together at lunch. Today I saw Leigh-Anne and she joined us. "Hi Jade. Hi Perrie." "Hello." I replied. Pez waved since she was eating. "So Jade. Have you made a decision yet?" Leigh asked.

"Yep." I said. The girl I pick is..."
