This is so past due that I no longer have an actual excuse to give out for my absense... So as an apology I decided to make this chapter in Jack's POV :3 I hope you forgive me now.

((JACK'S POV))
As I soared through the night sky, I smiled to myself. After living such a lonely existence, I had my very first friend. Sure, he wasn't the most ideal friend someone would want. But he was a friend none the less.
Marshall was the most moody, hot tempered, narcissistic person I have ever come across. But there was something about him that drew me towards him... I just couldn't put my finger on it yet.
I glanced down below me and watched as the Evergreen trees flew past me in a blur of green and white from the freshly fallen snow.
Why did people hate winter so much? Everything was so much more beautiful covered in snow.
I slowed my pace down and landed softly on my feet. I let my self slowly sink down into the snow that must almost be a foot deep by now. I smiled at the cold feeling that washed over me as I took in my surroundings. I let in a deep breath of the chilly air and smiled at the tingling sensation that filled my nose. I glanced around myself and picked a random direction to set off in.
"North it is." I said to myself as I trudged through the snow.

I came across a smaller town after walking for about twenty minutes. I glanced around to see that there were plenty of people outside enjoying the snowy afternoon. I let out an annoyed puff of air as I walked closer to a group of teenagers having a snow ball war.
There were three males and two females. A small mischievous grin danced over my face as I realized that the two teams were uneven... Maybe they would enjoy some help from me?
I chuckled and walked over to the two girls who were giggling furiously behind their snow fort as the three boys hurled snow balls in their direction. I paused, taking in their features. One pale girl had short wavy blonde hair with a few freckles spread across her face with blue eyes, while her friend was tan, a bit chunky, raven haired, and dark eyes. Maybe black as well? I walked closer to them as my curiosity grew.
The guys had stopped throwing snow balls and instead resorted to yelling things at them like, "Don't be a baby Tess!", "Come on Allie, we're waiting!", and "I guess this means we win!"
After one boy shouted that last one out, the raven haired girl, who I assumed was Allie, stood up with two snow balls in her hand and chucked one at a brunette boy, hitting his chest.
"Like hell I'd let you win Lucas!" She shouted with a playful grin.
Allie looked down at the blonde who was still hiding. "Come on Tess!" But the blonde shook her head laughing, handing her friend more makeshift snowballs.
Allie rolled her eyes and continued to hurl the snowballs at the three boys.
I crouched down in front of Tess and decided to have some fun. While she wasn't looking, I smashed one of her snowballs. When she turned around to grab another one, she frowned at the empty space where the snowball was. She shrugged and made another, handing it to Allie.
I scooted closer, having a better look at her facial features. I didn't want to be creepy. But humans were strange to me. I don't remember everything about being one... But you could say that I almost missed what it was like to... I stopped what I was thinking as soon as I saw that the girl was looking right at me. She seemed curious, almost frightened. But she didn't say a word.
We stayed like that for a few moments until I broke the silence. "Can you see me?" I whispered.
But of course, she couldn't hear me.
"Tess what are you doing? I could use some help up here!" Allie panted out.
Being ripped from our weird moment, Tess looked up at Allie and frowned. "Sorry... I thought I saw something for a second."
Allie crouched back down and looked at her friend. "Saw what?"
Tess shrugged. "I don't know. But I swear I... Never mind."
"No tell me silly." Allie leaned in.
"I thought I felt something like... I don't know. It felt like someone was close to me but I couldn't see anything... It was weird."
Allie's eyes got wide suddenly. "Maybe it was a ghost!"
Tess rolled her eyes and pushed her friend over into the snow. "Don't be ridiculous!"
And with that, both girls joined back in their game of snow ball throwing.
I frowned at got up, the familiar feeling of disappointment washed over me as I walked away.
* * *
I was so bored. I had no one to talk to, no friends besides Marshall... Absolutely nothing to do.
You could go to Marshall...
I shook my head at the thought. I've bothered him enough for now. I didn't want him to be annoyed with my presence. I had no idea how to exactly be friends with someone... I haven't had one in so long. I glared up at the sky.
"Thanks a lot." I mumbled, knowing that the Man in the Moon wouldn't reply to my teen angst moment.
I ran a hand through my hair, trying to think of a way to pass the time. My existence was sad if you really think about it. I could literally go anywhere I wanted, do anything I wanted... But what good was all this freedom if you had no one to share it with? I flopped down in the snow on my back. Night was approaching... I guess it was time to get some rest soon.
I looked down at the town from my spot on the mountain side. These people didn't know how lucky they were to have families, friends, lives... love.
I had nothing like that. I stood up and took off into the sky, not paying attention to where I went.
But before I knew what was happening... I found myself perched on Marshall's bedroom window...
I really have no self control.
