Koro-sensei had come to the conclusion that since the two would be extremely paranoid, he would need to be very careful when stalking - and since he didn't have his speed advantage anymore, it would be much harder. However, not being one to turn down a challenge, Koro-sensei decides to go through with his idea, but does it very carefully.

First, he decides to figure out where they lived, where they frequented, and if they knew anyone. All of which either required stalking 24/7 (a luxury he did not have, due to his job as a teacher, and it would be significantly more difficult - maybe even impossible - to stalk a very paranoid duo.) or just a very thorough internet search and possibly taking advantage of knowing Karasuma's passwords (the snooping around from when he was an octopus was handy, he reflects). Gathering his resources, the former assassin sprints off to his small, totally-not-shady apartment complex, as fast as he could (The former super-creature laments not being able to keep his Mach 20 speed), trying to save time. (He needed to grade and personalize all the tests and homework sheets he'd received, which, due to his extremely slow speed, he couldn't handle like he would have before, so it eats up most of his time.)

Having finished all his school-related work, he then begins his side project. He lists off all of Karasuma's passwords mentally, and kept them at the forefront of his mind as he tries accessing the Government's database. After successfully getting in, he looks up the two men he was worried about - Kudo Shinichi, and Kuroba Kaito - and found their profiles. He clicks on them eagerly, and is very disappointed when he discovers that there isn't much on there. It would be like the two came into existence not long ago, if not for the high school record. He decides to call the school - it was in America - later, and takes note of the number. The information was sparse, just enough to get by without question if they never got involved in anything that might garner curiosity or anything that might have anyone in the government need to look them up - like a crime or being the spotlight.

However, the teacher wasn't satisfied with the information on his laptop. He had faked enough IDs and histories to know - this was the bare minimum, and that this was definitely faked. Which made this whole ordeal much more interesting - why would they need to fake their own history? He knew that they weren't part of any special secret agent organization - like the FBI or CIA, because it would be more professionally done, much more filled out. Whoever of the two that did this either did it on a time crunch, or was simply a rookie when it came to faking information.

He noticed that the places they'd begun frequenting had been simple fast food joints, and the study session as helpers. Meaning that they weren't active so much as he had hoped. He took note of occasional library visits, and how they took out the maximum amount of books each time (50 books), and that they were all centered towards either crime/mystery novels, or non-fiction information-type stories centered around superstitious things, or jewels. He also notes the odd science books that were taken out at one point, which had been returned, and not another book of the sort had been taken out. He looked at the date - which was, coincidentally, the day before the cure had appeared upon the classroom's doorstep. Thing ran alarm bells in his head. (Could they be the ones who made it? But why? What could they have known about his condition?)

He decided to go and ask people around about their behavior, because surely they'd be rather noticeable with their attitudes and rather obvious paranoia. He also doubted that an eccentric magician would escape people's memories, as exciting as they might be. He resolved himself to go do so after school got out, knowing the study session would keep the students away, and that the duo in question wouldn't be around to notice what he was doing. He wanted the answers - so he was going to get them.

———At School———

The students immediately noticed that something was off with Koro-sensei. Some people had their suspicions - but they were strengthened by Nagisa, the ever observant one. All of them being assassins - well trained ones at that, and now that their teacher was now human - they could now pick up his state of mind by his little habits - small things, but easily found if one was paying attention.

The class knew their teacher was getting antsy, and obviously determined - he had a small habit of randomly tapping his finger unconsciously when he wanted to go and do something - he was antsy. He was also determined, judging by his eyes, and how they weren't soft like usual. Something happened, and the class was determined to find out what had captured their sensei's attention.

So, skipping the study session after school that day, the class decided to work as an operative unit (like in their training, which hasn't lessened despite the target losing his status as a target), to stalk their teacher. They knew his skills were rusty - not as sharp as they should be, so they could likely escape his notice, especially with his guard down. The class came up with a plan in class, a determined look on everyone's face as they mentally prepared themselves.

Koro-sensei knew something had changed with the class after lunch period - the shift in the atmosphere was telling enough. He was curious, but decided to lock the information away for the future, when he wasn't stuck on something that was rather pressing in his eyes.

After all, discovering why that vial had appeared was a mystery that bothered the former assassin, and he was determined to figure it out.

Alright! Woo, chapter done! I have way too many projects atm, I'm making a bracelet using the knot method (a friend taught me yesterday), and I have two paint with diamonds sets, plus a yarn tapestry I'm currently making. Not to mention my keeping up my writing habit, and trying to learn Japanese at the same time - and my anime addiction - jeez I'm being stretched thin XD. Writing this has been really fun though, so I'm not complaining. I just suck at managing my creative life ^^;. Also got a new Ao3 Account yesterday - I posted a weekly prompt there, go check it out if you want! (Anime_Dragons) Anyway, I hope you enjoyed! See you tomorrow!
