Finding her

Bucky POV

Everyone besides Clint, Tony and Wanda are already sitting down and eating. Tony better apologize. How could anyone think of Wanda as a burden? She lights up everyone in the tower. Heck even Friday who's a robot!

So Tony better apologize because if not, he will have two super soldiers, to assassins, one angry hulk, one bird and another iron man beat his a*s.

"What's taking them so long? I thought Wanda loves mac and cheese?" I ask impatiently.

"Chill out Bucky. Give them some time." Rhodey says.

"Been there. Done that. I'm going to check up on them." I say frustrated, getting up heading towards Clint and Tony.

"What do you mean Friday?" I hear Clint's voice ask Friday.

"Ms.Maximoff left the premises at a 6:23 p.m. it is currently 7:13 p.m. , indicating Ms.Maximoff left exactly 50 minutes ago." Friday stated.

"What?!" I nearly shouted.

"Friday did she tell you where she was going?" Tony ask a little panicked.

"She told me she is going to go someone she trusts for the time being and might leave for New York in a couple of days. Other than that I'm am sorry to inform you that she has not told me where she had gone." Friday informs.

God damnit.

"Did she bring her phone with her?" Clint asks nervously.

"Her phone is in her room."

"How are we going to find her?! It's nighttime she could be anywhere! Anyone could take her!" I say a bit angry and panicked at once.

"We know that Barnes!" Tony says.

"HYDRA could have her right now if they wanted too!" I say angrily.

"Tony. If you want me to forgive you, find my girl." Clint says sternly.

We all know Clint love Wanda as his own kid. It's obvious. Heck she's like a little sister to me.

We all run to where everyone else is sitting.

"Guys we have a problem. Wanda is missing." Tony stated nervously.

"WHAT?!" Everyone's reply.

"Yeah she left 50 minutes ago. She's leaving New York in a couple of day. We have to hurry and find her because we won't be the only ones after her. HYDRA could be too." I say sternly.

"Okay here's the plan. Bruce and Tony, look through any surveillance cameras you can hack into. Sam and Rhodey, you're going to fly around to find her. Tasha and Clint you got the uptown of New York and Bucky and I got downtown. Let's go!" Steve instructs.

Steve gets into his suit as well as other and we head off into the night to find the kid.

~ 2 and a half hours later ~

"Anyone got eyes on her?" Clint ask us through the coms.

" negative." Steve replies.

"Nope." That was Sam.

"Tony, Bruce? You see any footage?" Natasha ask worriedly.

"There's nothing here! How was she not seen anywhere?! It's impossible!" Tony shrieks.

"Well she has magic." I grumble.

"Yeah yeah still." He replies.

"Bucky you find her?" Steve yells from the other side of the alley.

"No. You?" I holler out.

"Negative." Steve sighs.

I sigh.

Where could she have gone? How could the kid be so good at hiding. Why did she leave us? Why? Why?

Okay I'm being dramatic now.

I'll stop.

I hear Tony sigh from our coms.

"You guys, this is useless. The best shot is waking up tomorrow to find Wanda. We can't find her in the dark or see through cameras. We should just start early in the morning." Tony sighs.

"What? No. We have to find her. Who knows where she could be?!" Clint says frantically.

"Yeah. HYDRA has many people dressed as civilians and they could be hiding anywhere. We can't give up now." I say frantically as well.

"Guys, me and Sam can't find her from up here. It's too dark!" Rhodey exclaims.

"Clint, I know you still want to find her. We all do, but this is useless if we can't see in the dark. The best thing to do is finding her tomorrow. A fresh start." Natasha tries to convince Clint.

"Bucky, she's right. It's useless. We should find her tomorrow when there's light. We've been searching for 2 and a half hours. If we couldn't find her then, we can't find her now. We'll find her tomorrow." Steve pats me on the shoulder.

I sigh knowing I can't continue on.

"Fine. Only if we keep looking tomorrow. We have to find her!" I say a bit sad.

"Of course we are going to find her, just not today." Steve smiles softly.

"Come on let's go home." Steve says and we start to head back to the tower.

~ back at the tower ~

"Anyone still hungry? I could put the food away if you aren't." Steve says.

"I'm good steve. I'm just gonna go to sleep." I say exhausted.

"I'm okay."
"I'm not hungry right now."
"No thanks Steve."
"I'm just going to go to sleep too."

All the replies.

I just head to my room and lay on my bed.

Wanda. Kid. Where did you go? We need to find you. It's not the same here without you. Yeah you've been gone all night and all of us are not in the mood to talk to one another. You bring the best of us kid.
