No Boyfriends

    It was already 8:24 when they finally finished watching Tangled and The Little Mermaid. And as the movie was playing, Wanda leaned into Tony's embrace, held onto Clint hand and cuddled with her birdie, happy and smiling.

Wanda did follow through to Steve's statement though. During The Little Mermaid, when Ursula and her eels appeared Wanda started to freak out and pulled Steve and Bucky closer to her.

No one there was actually watching the film, they were mainly watching Wanda reacting to the movies. During the funny parts she would giggle and babble some adorable words in English and Russian; during the scary part she would huddle to whoever was closer to her; during the sad parts she would ask a lot of questions; and during the kissing parts she would say "aww he wove her" , but then pout when Bucky or Clint made an effort of covering her innocent eyes during those scenes.

"bubby i wan see" Wanda pouted as he covered her eyes when Ariel and Eric kissed. "No Wanda, no kissing. Kissing is bad. No kissing boys Wanda. All boys beside us guys and Peter are gross." Bucky states.

"Yeah no kissing boys Wanda, boys are yucky." Clint agrees. "boys yucky?" Wanda asked as Bucky removes his hands. "Boys are so yucky, so no kissing any of them." Sam says. "yous yucky?" She asks still confused. "No we're not, you can kiss us on the cheek but no other boys. Is that clear sweetie?" Clint confirms.

"no"

All eyes snap towards Wanda. "i wan kiss boys" there was a moment of silence of shock. Steve placed the smiling Wanda in his lap. "Wanda you can't kiss boys, you're 4. And you can't have a boyfriend." Steve says. "but but i wan boyfwend. can Fwin (Flynn) be boyfwend?" She pleads.

"No Wanda Flynn from Tangled can't be your boyfriend." Tony deadpanned. "Wanda you can never have a boyfriend. I won't allow it. No boys. No kissing and especially no boyfriend. Even when you're older" Clint shakes his head and all the other guys nod in agreement. Wanda lips start to form an upside down smile and her chin starts to quiver.

"Look what you guys did. You're going to make her cry. Let me hold her." Natasha says disapprovingly taking Wanda away from Steve. "Hush now малышка forget everything they said because they are just being silly." Natasha says gently. The guys shoot some offended and hurt looks.

"but but I wan boyfwend" Wanda says. "We'll talk about that later when you're older." "noo!" Wanda started to cry into Natasha's shoulder. Natasha just rubbed circles onto her back and said calming words in Russian.

"wan boyfwend" Wanda mutters still crying. "I know baby I know." Natasha sighed. 'I think she's tired now. She's getting all grumpy.' Bucky lip says. Natasha rolls her eyes but nods in agreement.

"малышка are you hungry?" Natasha whispers as Wanda's cries died down. Wanda shakes her head. "tummy hwurts" she mutters. "How about you eat a little mac and cheese? You need some food in your system." Natasha suggested. "no eat"

"Do you want a bottle of milk sweetie?" Clint asks nicely. She nods and yawns. "I'll make some food for you guys. Steak and eggs?" Tony says getting up. Everyone besides Wanda nods. 

"You feeling better sweetie?" Natasha coos. Wanda nods, closing her eyes, but frowns as she tries to find a comfortable spot to sleep in Natasha's arms.
