I spent a couple of hours downstairs on the ground floor, just observing the life of patients and nurses that they have everyday. Today was visiting day, at 2 o'clock family could visit. I quickly grabbed out my phone and called Jai as he gave me his number that morning.

(J- Jai L- Lily)

J: Hello?

L: Hi! It's Lily

J: Oh hi, how are you Lily?

L: Good and you?

J: Great. Why did you call? Is there something wrong?

I could hear the worry in his voice.

L: No, not at all. I had a counselling session with Luke today and I got him to mention your name."

J: Oh my god, really?!

L: Yes, he also started crying and had a mental breakdown, because he misses you."

J: Oh.

There was a long silence and sniffles were heard from the Jai's line.

L: Are you alright?

J: Yeah *sniff* I just miss him so much too.

L: Well today is your lucky day! Every tuesday at 2pm family of patients can come and visit!

J: Really? I'll be sure to be there! I haven't seen him in 5 years..

L: I'll wait for you by the doors!

J: See you then!

L: goodbye Jai.

I ended the call and excitedly headed for Luke's cell.

"Luke?" I unlocked the cell to see Luke attempting the pull out his hair.

He looked up and he looked horrible! Tear stains on his cheek, his eyes were bloodshot red and he clenched his jaws. "Jai!" He shrieked as he proceeded to punch the wall, breaking it, again. I don't understand how, these walls are so hard, specially made NOT to break. After punching and kicking a few times, I just stood there in shock. He calmed down after a hard punch followed by a weak one. He sighed. "I need him in my life." His voice cracked as he fell to the floor, bringing his knees up to his head, rocking back and forth in that position.

"Luke you ca-" I stopped because I wanted to surprise him instead.

"What?" He snapped his head back.

"N-nothing, shall I leave?" I didn't want to bother him.

"Please don't leave me here, I'll most probably find a way to kill myself if you don't stop me." He mutters. He stood up and looked at me, with a puppy face he pulled so well. "Okay." I sigh as I walk forward. He wraps his arms around me and starts sobbing in to my shoulder. Luke wasn't like this... The first time he's actually properly cried was about Jai. Maybe Jai can fix all of this.

"There, there." I patted his back.

"I'll never s-see him again." His breathing hitched and he gulped.

"That's not true!" I assure him.

"He hates me, I killed his girlfriend too. He was spending too much time with her and not enough with me. I killed many people, he doesn't want to come near me, he doesn't want me on this planet." He continued to sob.

I felt my eyes stinging with tears, I feel so mean for not telling him that Jai is coming to visit but the surprise will be amazing.

"Let me take you to rinse your face." I take his hand. I look up at the clock 1:55pm, perfect. He walked with his head low, trying to not let anyone see that he's been crying. We walk to the bathroom and he washes his face. Okay now to get him downstairs. "Are you hungry?" I ask as I get out a tissue and wipe his tears. He sniffs "no."

God dammit how am I going to get him downstairs?!
